| Teachers are an important guarantee for educational development and progress.With the upsurge of Chinese learning in the world,the demand for international Chinese teachers at home and abroad has increased.Many MTCSOL go to the position of international Chinese teaching.How to improve the teaching management ability of trainee teachers has become an urgent problem to be solved.This research takes the MTCSOL as the intern teacher’s management of their own teaching and students during the practice process as the research content,and takes the intern teacher who conducts international Chinese teaching as the main body of teaching management responsibility,and explore the teaching management problems that arise in the practical teaching of the MTCSOL.Supported by constructivist theory and humanistic learning theory,the author uses questionnaire survey and interview method to study the three links of teaching plan formulation,teaching process implementation,and learning effect detection during the 20 th grade MTCSOL in J International Studies University as an intern teacher.Collect and sort out the teaching management problems that appear in the teaching management,and conduct specific analysis on these teaching management problems.First of all,through investigation and interviews,it is found that the trainee teachers have the problem of insufficient teaching management ability in the early stage of teaching.In the teaching plan formulation,teachers are not clear about the teaching content and activity rules;in the implementation of the teaching process,the teachers’ judgment on students’ problem behavior is vague,the teaching discipline management standards are inconsistent,and the reward and punishment system is not standardized;Due to the limitations of online teaching,many teaching tasks cannot be implemented,and it is difficult to carry out learning effect detection.Teachers cannot well grasp the students’ learning situation,nor can they adjust the teaching content according to the students’ conditions,and the teaching quality cannot be guaranteed.Secondly,it sorts out and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the trainee teachers in the process of teaching management,and analyzes the reasons for the problems caused by the trainee teachers in teaching management.Finally,some teaching management suggestions are put forward for the practical teaching of the MTCSOL.In terms of teaching plan management,it is necessary to actively strengthen communication with practice units and formulate teaching plans that conform to the laws of students’ learning and development;in terms of teaching process management,teachers need to fully consider students’ subjective initiative and promote students’ self-management;In terms of learning effect detection,teachers should actively seek easy-to-implement and monitorable student learning effect detection methods.This article,from the first perspective of the MTCSOL,finds its own teaching management problems from the practice teaching process.Reflect and analyze the reasons for the teaching management problems of the MTCSOL as a teaching manager,and put forward targeted and feasible teaching management suggestions based on the existing problems.In order to provide trainee teachers with some ideas and methods to solve teaching management problems. |
