| In recent years,the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language has been developing day by day,and multi-modal teaching has been increasingly used in foreign language classes based on modern multimedia technology.Multi-modal teaching is the use of pictures,videos,actions and other modalities in the teaching process to mobilize the learners’ multi-senses to participate in the learning together,and to achieve the best teaching and learning through supplementation,reinforcement,and coordination between modalities.learning result.This article introduces multi-modal teaching into the elementary comprehensive Chinese course,and explores the teaching effect of multi-modal teaching in the elementary comprehensive Chinese course through teaching design and teaching practice.First of all,the research summarizes the characteristics of the elementary comprehensive Chinese course,the teaching principles,the teaching method and the principle of modal selection as the basis for teaching design,and guides it from pre-class links,mid-class links and lessons.The latter part builds the multi-modal teaching ideas for the elementary Chinese comprehensive course;Secondly,according to the teaching design ideas,the teaching practice was carried out in the elementary Chinese comprehensive course of the Confucius Institute in Tangier,Morocco,and the "I Forgot About This" lesson was selected as a case,and detailed introduction,elaboration and reflection were carried out.The explanation mainly focuses on the pre-class,in-class,and after-class links,starting from teaching methods,teacher activities,student activities,modalities and modal relationships,and design intentions,and use this to develop teaching practice and reflect on teaching,multi-modal teaching Not only can it effectively complete the teaching goal,but also improve the classroom teaching effect,but when using modalities in the teaching process,it should be used in a reasonable manner to mobilize the students’ senses to participate in learning,so that the student’s memory retention rate can reach the highest;Finally,based on the analysis of teaching practice,questionnaire survey and interview data,it summarizes the teaching effect and the effect of modal use in the classroom.It is pointed out that the multi-modal teaching model presents an active classroom atmosphere,attracts students’ attention,stimulates students’ interest in learning,and gives full play to students.It also has the advantage of improving students’ ability to use language to communicate.However,there are also some problems that need attention.For example,there are still problems such as excessive use of modalities and unreasonable modal collocation.It is proposed that teachers should With teachers as the leading role and students as the main body,the best modal combination helps students to remember and understand the knowledge points,so as to better improve the teaching effect. |
