Research On The Progress Management Of The Upgrade Project Of DHHY Emergency Rescue Decision Support System

Project progress management is to determine progress target by the use of scientific methods,make progress and resource supply plans,control schedule of the progress,and achieve the project goals on the basis of coordination with quality and cost goals.Through the research of the first phase of the East China Sea Emergency Rescue Decision Support System(DHHY Emergency Rescue Decision Support System)upgrade project,we are able to manage schedule plan of the project,shorten the period of the project and acquire theoretical evidence to make sure that the project will be completed of good quality on time.On the background of DHHY Emergency Rescue Decision Support System upgrading project,the paper uses the theory and method in the field of project schedule management.The following work has been done:(1)The paper describes progress plans of the project and the theory of control management.It also analyses the general situation and features of the project and puts forward progress management requirements of DHHY Emergency Rescue Decision Support System upgrade project.(2)The paper uses project progress management methods such as WBS and CPM.to put forward the work time for the project,determine the operational priorities,compile the project network diagram,clarify the key routes,and optimize the progress.Finally,we get a project baseline progress plan that meets the project objectives.(3)The paper describes the principle and process of the project progress,collecting and reporting the progress regularly during the implementation of the project,monitoring the progress and analyzing deviation,proposing the implementation and safeguards of the project progress plan.Through the study of the progress management of the DHHY Emergency Rescue Decision Support System upgrade project,we compile the project progress plan by means of the progress plan and control method of the project progress management,and optimize method and control measures.This can be used for reference to the progress management of the DHHY Emergency Decision Support System upgrade project and other related projects.
