With the increasing complexity of petroleum exploration and development,the comprehensive logging instrument is widely used by geological and drilling technicians in oil and gas drilling and development.The engineering parameters collected by the comprehensive logging tool are closely related to the judgment of the engineering accidents.In order to accurately and timely collect engineering parameters and avoid misunderstandings,false alarms,and even some catastrophic consequences such as kicks and blowouts because of sensor failures in control and detection of logging systems.Therefore,it is necessary to effectively ensure the normal operation of the sensor integrated with the comprehensive logging instrument.At present,there are a large number of oil wells and are limited by field equipment in China.Monitoring,maintenance,and management of supporting sensors for various types of comprehensive logging instruments require extensive patrols inspection by field personnel.Fault diagnosis of sensors has also become a technical problem faced by field operators.In view of this,in order to realize that experts can monitor,diagnose and remotely command sensors of comprehensive logging instrument in real-time online,this paper designs a set of remote real-time online monitoring system for sensors integrated by comprehensive logging instrument.The system could realize real-time data acquisition,remote transmission of data,real-time monitoring of sensor working status,and alarms for abnormal sensors,real-time fault diagnosis and fault adjustment.The unified management of on-site sensors facilitates base commanders and experts to develop corresponding technical solutions.The system is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of drilling operations,as well as to improve the technical service level of the integrated logging equipment supporting sensors in China.Based on the analysis of sensor characteristic parameters and engineering accident parameters,and the research of sensor type matching with comprehensive logging instrument,the adaptive sensing analysis of the comprehensive logging tool was performed.And then comprehensive logging instrument sensing remote real-time online monitoring system was completed.For the temperature drift fault of silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor,a fault diagnosis model and a temperature compensation model were established to achieve accurately acquire sensor signals and ensure the safety,real-time and reliability of this monitoring system.The hardware scheme of sensor data acquisition and transmission system was completed;and a set of remote sensing real-time online monitoring system for the comprehensive logging instrument database was designed and developed by SQL Server 2008 database.Otherwise,the data acquisition and real-time transmission system based on the CDMA/GPRS wireless transmission technology was designed and developed,which meets the remote sensing online monitoring system for the comprehensive logging instrument.In this paper,the general framework of remote sensing real-time online monitoring system for comprehensive logging instrument was established,remote sensing real-time online monitoring system for comprehensive logging instrument was developed and software and hardware system were integrated.Therefore,a set of real-time online monitoring system which could realize acquisition of sensor data,remote transmission,monitoring and comprehensive management was formed.In addition,the system had been applied in the field.The test result shows that the software system is stable,and reliable,has good compatibility with hardware,and the monitoring graphics are displayed correctly.It has on-site application value.By using this system,an expert to supervise dozens of wells,experts do not go to the well site,effectively improve the efficiency of sensor monitoring,and reduce the cost of human resources.The formation of a long-range command center for integrated comprehensive logging instrument sensors is of great significance.
