Research On The Safety Control Of The Synthesis Ammonia Construction Project Of Huahe Company

Huahe company ammonia construction project is a part of the the first coal chemical industry base which constructed by China national offshore oil corporation. The project is listed as one of the revitalization of northeast old industr:ial base in heilongjiang province and to develop the heilongjiang coal electrochemical industry. As a typical chemical construction projects, the implementation of the project's construction has a long construction period,influence factors, high technical requirements, large capital investment. For the project, the safety management is the most important task in the management of the project. How to analyze the risk factors existed in the project, and establish a scientific and effective safety management plan, ensure the smooth implementation of the project and the staff's occupational health and safety, elimination of hazardous events is the primary problem that Huahe company managers need to focus on.The thesis will analysis the safety management status quo of huahe ammonia onstruction project, studies the main safety management measures of the project, put forward the main problems of the project in terms of safety management. To solve the main problems of safety management of the project, the thesis evaluate the current quantitatively of the project safety management by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Then, analysis in the safety management need to strengthen the link of the project. On the basis of the project safety management effect evaluation results, organization establishment, function distribution,technical measures, management system, personnel training and so on to establish the project safety management plan, and from the three aspects of organization, technology and system to further improve and perfect the project safety management measures, to establish a highly effective safety management system, to improve the level of the project safety management.Thesis research can able to practice project safety management methods and technology tools in the application in safety management of chemical construction project, and through the design of the project safety management plan, summarizes the safety management mode,to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference to kind for safety management, has certain theoretical and practical significance.
