In the field of automatic pipeline welding,due to the advantages of pulse MAG(Metal Active Gas Arc Welding)welding with stable welding process performance,excellent weld quality and stable arc combustion,it is widely used in all-position welding automation control for alloy steel pipelines.Pulse MAG welding technology has become a hot spot in automated welding research.In the welding process,the welding torch height is too high to cause spatter,the welding seam is serious and it is easy to block the welding torch nozzle;the welding torch height is too low,the welding wire is easy to overheat and melts in sections,and the severe spatter leads to unstable welding,A stable welding gun height has become an important condition for high-quality welds.The paper introduces the research background of automatic pipeline welding data collection and analysis and the research status at home and abroad,and puts forward the research objectives,content and overall design plan.The hardware and software design of the electrical signal acquisition and processing system.The hardware system uses FPGA(Field-Programmable Gate Array)+ DSP(Digital Signal Processing)architecture to achieve data acquisition,storage and processing.The electrical signals are collected through ADC(Analog-to-Digital Converter)acquisition circuit and signal conditioning circuit implementation;the software system uses SPI(Serial Peripheral Interface)bus to read ADC acquisition data,and sends the data to DSP through EMFI(External Memory Interface)bus for data storage and processing.The design scheme of data filtering processing is introduced,and the function of electrical signal and welding gun height is fitted by mathematical analysis software,and the reliability,regression and fitting degree are analyzed,and the relationship between electrical signal and welding gun height in welding torch process is obtained.Through the research of the thesis,the hardware design and programming of the acquisition circuit have been completed,and the current and voltage data collection in the automatic welding process of pulse MAG welding has been realized.The designed filter can effectively filter out the interference and extract the welding electrical signal with a higher degree of reduction.Data;According to the data modeling and analysis,the relationship between the electrical signal of the pulse MAG in the pipeline all-position welding process and the height of the welding gun is obtained,and the influence on the welding process is analyzed.The research in this paper provides a stable welding torch height for the automatic welding system and a strong basis for the research of welding torch height control.It effectively improves the intelligence of the pipeline welding robot.It is very useful in the automation and application research of pulse MAG welding.
