Research On The Impact Of Resource Arrangement On The Low-carbon Competitiveness Of Enterprises

Lowcarbon economy has become an inevitable trend of global development,and enhancing the lowcarbon competitiveness of enterprises is the best strategy to achieve sustainable development.Therefore,in the context of lowcarbon economy,how to achieve lowcarbon production and development mode through resource arrangement and obtain competitive advantages and capabilities is an important issue in the theoretical and practical circles.Based on the perspective of resource arrangement theory,shenhua Group is taken as the research object to discuss the two issues of how to improve the low carbon competitiveness of enterprises by resource arrangement and what is the path to improve the low carbon competitiveness by resource arrangement.The results show that resource arrangement affects the lowcarbon competitiveness of enterprises from different aspects.From resource scheduling of three ways which are structured,resources reorganization,resource leverage,combing the specific measures to promote the competitiveness of the enterprise low carbon,analyzes the specific measures for the connotation of low carbon competitiveness is low carbon technology,low carbon management,the influence of low carbon culture effect,on the basis of this,eventually establish the resources orchestration path influence enterprise low carbon competitiveness theory.The conclusion expands the application boundary of resource arrangement theory and provides a theoretical basis for enterprises to enhance their low-carbon competitiveness.The research can put forward the following suggestions for enterprises to improve their low-carbon competitiveness: First,enterprises should deeply understand the theory of resource arrangement and clarify the impact path of various resource arrangement modes on low-carbon competitiveness,which is the basis for enterprises to apply the resource arrangement mode.Secondly,on the basis of in-depth understanding,enterprises should flexibly apply relevant resource arrangement methods based on environmental changes,their own resource endowments and corporate objectives,so as to steadily improve their low-carbon competitiveness.
