Efficacy Observation Of Shugan Yangyin Mingmu Decoction Combined With Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops In The Treatment Of Perimenopausal Dry Eye

Obj ective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shugan Yangyin Mingmu Decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of perimenopausal dry eye with liver depression and yin deficiency.Methods:1.Select 60 patients with perimenopausal dry eye of liver depression and yin deficiency type in the ophthalmology clinic of our hospital,and sort the numbers according to the outpatient visit time.According to the random number table,the patients were randomly divided into study group and control group(30 cases in each);2.Control group:1 drop of sodium hyaluronate eye drops each time,4 times a day.Study group:On the basis of the control group,combined therapy with Shugan Yangyin Mingmu Decoction,one bag a day,dispense with two warm doses.The two groups of patients received the planned clinical trial plan and continued treatment,2 weeks as a course of treatment,2 consecutive courses of treatment;3.Before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,observe the ocular surface disease index(OSDI)scores and tears of the two groups of patients.Membrane rupture time(BUT),tear secretion test(SIT),corneal fluorescein sodium staining(FL)score,and analysis of the observation indexes and total curative effect.Results:1.There was no significant difference in OSDI score,BUT value,SIT value and FL score between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05);2.After 4 weeks of treatment,the OSDI score,BUT value,SIT value and FL score of the study group were better than those before treatment(P<0.05);the control group OSDI score and BUT value were better than those before treatment(P<0.05),SIT value and FL score Compared with before treatment,there was no significant improvement(P>0.05);the improvement range of OSDI score,BUT value,SIT value and FL score of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05)3.Observe and count the overall treatment efficiency of the two groups,the study group:90.00%,the control group:66.67%;the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shugan Yangyin Mingmu Decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops is effective in treating dry eyes in perimenopausal women with liver stagnation and yin deficiency.In addition,Shugan Yangyin Mingmu Decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops is superior to sodium hyaluronate in the subjective symptoms of OSDI score,objective indicators BUT and SIT values,and FL score in the treatment of dry eye in perimenopausal women with liver depression and yin deficiency Eye drops group.
