Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao in the treatment of Knee Bi disea se(Syndrome of obstruction of cold and dampness),and to provide clinical dat a and theoretical support for acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese me dicine Reyanbao in the treatment of Knee Bi disease(Syndrome of obstruction of cold and dampness). Methods:A total of 60 patients with Knee Bi disease(Syndrome of obstruction of cold and dampness)admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The experimental group was treated with acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine Reyanbao, while the control group was treated with acupuncture combined with placebo Reyanbao. The patients were treated once a day,7 days a week,1 week as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses. The clinical symptoms of The two groups before and after treatment were observed. The Visual analog Scale(VAS),The Western Ont-ario and McMasterUniversities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)and TCM syndrome score were used to evaluate. The results were compared by statistical software.During the treatment, the possible adverse reactions should be paid close attention to and timely handled and recorded for safety evaluation.Results:1.The baseline data of gender, age, course of disease,X-ray grade,VAS,WOMAC and other data were comparable between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.After 2 courses of treatment, the scores of pain, stiffness and daily activity in VAS and WOMAC were lower in both groups than before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the VAS and WOMAC pain scores between the two groups, indicating that the two treatments had the same efficacy in improving pain. The scores of WOMAC stiffness and daily activity in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After 2 courses of treatment, the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.00%higher than that of the control group(76.67%).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine Reyanbao and conve ntional acupuncture can effectively relieve joint pain and improve the function of knee joint in patients with Knee Bi disease(Syndrome of obstruction of col d and dampness).Acupuncture combined with.Chinese medicine Reyanbao is m ore significant in improving joint stiffness and daily activity ability, and the co mprehensive effect is better than conventional acupuncture, and there is no obv ious adverse reaction.
