Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform To Explore The Experience And Inheritance Ideas Of Professor Wang Xingkuan In The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Hypertension

Objective: Use traditional Chinese Medicine Assistance Platform(V2.5)to carry out data mining and statistical analysis,explore the experience of Professor Wang and Professor Fan in treating hypertension,summarize the similarities and differences in syndrome differentiation,prescription and medication.By inheriting the academic thoughts of 2 professors,we can explore the methods and ideas of the inheritance of famous old TCM practitioners.Methods: Respectively select medical records of 192 patients with hypertension treated by Professor Wang Xingkuan and Professor Fan Jinru in the outpatient department of the First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020.Conduct the following studies:(1)Based on frequency analysis and association rules to mine the rules of 2 professors in syndrome differentiation.(2)Based on association rules to mine the rules of 2 professors in medication.(3)Based on association rules to mine rules of 2 professors in prescriptions.Results:(1)General information and symptoms of patients:most of the patients with hypertension were in the middle or old age group.The main tongue of patients were reddish with thin yellow moss and the main pulse is string.Dizziness,headache,neck distension and insomnia were the main manifestations.(2)Pathogenesis and treatment:the main types of syndrome in the medical records received by Professor Wang were liver kidney deficiency and upper hyperactivity of liver yang.Professor Wang advocates for treating both manifestation and root cause of disease,the key of treatment is tonifying and replenishing liver and kidney.The main types of syndrome in medical records received by Professor Fan were upper hyperactivity of liver yang and liver kidney deficiency.Professor Fan also advocates for treating both manifestation and root cause of disease,but the key of treatment is calming the liver and suppress yang.(3)Medication:Professor Wang likes to use tall gastrodia tuber,tribulus terrestris,gambir plant nod,common yam rhizome,asiatic cornelian cherry fruit and so on.The medical properties are mainly cold and mild,the flavors are mainly sweet and bitter.The main meridians are liver and kidney.Professor Fan likes to use tall gastrodia tuber,gambir plant nod,twotoothed achyranthes root,fushen,eucommia bark.The medical properties are mainly mild and cold,the flavorsare mainly sweet and bitter.The main meridians are liver and heart.(4)Common prescriptions and prescription rules:Professor Wang ues Liuwei Dihuang Wan and Pinggan Jian mostly.Core combinations with high association rules such as gambir plant nod-tall gastrodia tubertribulus terrestris;Asiatic cornelian cherry fruit-common yam rhizome,etc.Professor Fan ues Tianma Gouteng Yin and Zishui Qinggan Yin mostly.Core combinations with high association rules such as gambir plant nod-tall gastrodia tuber;twotoothed achyranthes root-eucommia bark,etc.(5)New prescriptions analysis:Extract new prescriptions of Professor Wang such as dwarf lilyturf tuber-Chinese magnoliavine fruit-ginsengsnakegourd root-cochinchinese asparagus root.Extract newprescriptions of Professor Fan such as tall gastrodia tuber-unprocessed rehmannia root-common yam rhizomegambir plant nod.Conclusion: Professor Wang Xingkuan and Professor Fan Jinru have similarities and differences in syndrome differentiation,treatment,prescription and medication of hypertension.The similarities lie in:both of them believe that the main syndrome type of hypertension is the combination of liver kidney deficiency and upper hyperactivity of liver yang.They advocates for treating both manifestation and root cause of disease with light and sweet drugs,which mainly belong to liver meridian.The differences lie in:Professor Wang prefers liver kidney deficiency pattern as the main pattern of syndrome,the key of treatment is tonifying and replenishing liver and kidney,such as using Liuwei Dihuang Wan and Pinggan Jian.Professor Fan prefers upper hyperactivity of liver yang pattern as the main pattern of syndrome,the key of treatment is calming the liver and suppress yang.
