Observation Of Clinical Curative Effect Of Sihua Point Pricking And Cupping Combined With Peripheral Needling In The Treatment Of Postherpetic Neuralgia

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Sihua acupuncture cupping combined with periacupuncture in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods: 1.A randomized controlled study,will be included in the standard of 40 cases from hunan university the second affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine encephalopathy subject,encephalopathy and the inpatient and outpatient department of dermatology,PHN patients,according to admission order were randomly divided into four flower point stab winding cupping therapy group(hereinafter referred to as A group)and pregabalin group(hereinafter referred to as "B group),20 cases in each group.2.Group A(20 cases)was treated with Sihua acupuncture cupping combined with encircling acupuncture method,encircling acupuncture method once A day,6 times A week,with one day off A week;Sihua acupuncture cupping,once every 4 days,a total of 4 times,a course of 14 days,the efficacy was evaluated after a course of treatment;Group B(20 cases)was treated with pregabalin 150mg/ time,orally,twice a day for 14 consecutive days to evaluate the efficacy.3.Pain score(VAS score)and sleep quality score(PSQI score)of 2 groups were recorded before and after treatment,and the differences of treatment effects were observed by statistical analysis of the above scores.Results: The final number of effective cases in this study was 40,with 20 cases in each group A and B,and no cases were excluded,shed or terminated.Statistical analysis showed that :1.There was no difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05),and both groups improved after treatment,but group A was better than group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.There was no difference in PSQI scores between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),and both groups improved after treatment,but group A was better than group B,with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.The total effective rate of group A was 95%,which was higher than 85% of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions: this study by comparing Sihua point piercing stab winding cupping joint circumference method group and traces of pregabalin group after the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia of clinical observation,two kinds of therapy can effectively improve the degree of pain in patients with PHN,sleep quality,but Sihua point stab winding cupping joint circumference method curative effect is better than that of pregabalin group,worth clinical promotion.
