| Purpose :The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical efficacy of self-made huguyukui Decoction in the treatment of gastric ulcer with mixed cold and heatsyndrome.Material and method: A total of 89 patients with peptic ulcer of mixed cold and heat type were randomly divided into two groups:Observation Group(45 cases)and Control Group(44 cases)The observation group was given "humoyu ulcer decoction" by oral administration of cold and warm.The control group was given pantoprazole capsule orally,the total course of treatment was 8 weeks in both groups.gastroscopy and HP examination were repeated before and 4 weeks after treatment,and the results were recorded.SPSS26.0statistical software was used for statistical analysis of all data.Results:1.The total effective rate was 88.1% in the observation group and 62% in the treatment group,while the total effective rate was 80.5% and 26.8% in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),the overall effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the Control Group,and the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the Control Group(P >0.05),except the improvement degree of the stomachache(P < 0.05).2.The total effective rate was 92.3% in the observation group,78.6% in the treatment group,90.2% in the control group and 82.9% in the treatment group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).3.The eradication rate of HP was 77.4% in the observation group and 71.4% in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion: The self-made Humoyuguitang has a remarkable curative effect on the patients with gastric ulcer of cold-heat syndrome in active stage,which can not only improve the clinical symptoms of TCM,but also promote the healing of ulcer surface and resist HP infection,it is worthy of further study and clinical application. |
