Literature Research On Acupoint Selection And Medication Rules For Acupoint Injection In The Treatment Of Bronchial Asthma

Purpose:In this study,we collected nearly 20 years’ literature on the clinical prescription of acupoint injection therapy,and classified and summarized the drugs and acupoints recorded in the literature,this paper summarizes the rule of acupoint injection therapy in selecting acupoints and using drugs,and analyzes and probes into it,which provides a strong theoretical support for the clinical application of acupoint injection therapy in the treatment of asthma and the selection and matching of acupoints.Materials and methods: By using CNKI,Wanfang and Wipnet,and setting the time from January 1,2000 to November 30,2020,the computer searched the literature of acupoint injection therapy,selected the qualified clinical literature manually,extracted drugs and acupoint prescriptions from the literature,entered the database,analyzed the frequency of recorded drugs,applied the software of traditional Chinese Medicine Transmission Computing Platform(V3.0),analyzed the frequency,cluster and correlation of recorded acupoints,and discussed the characteristics of clinical acupoint selection and medication.Results: 1.Statistical results of ACUPOINT FREQUENCY: Among the 109high-quality literatures,35 acupoints were selected,and the total frequency of acupoint use was 389,averaging 11.11 acupoints per article.Among the 35 acupoints,the higher-than-average acupoints were Feishu,Dingchuan,Zusanli,Shenshu,Quchi,Tiantu,Fengmen,Pishu and Fenglong,which were the high-frequency acupoints in this study.2.The first two Meridians of the 35 acupoints are the BL,Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang(Feishu),the Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming,St(Zusanli)and the extra-meridians(Dingchuan).The highest frequency of acupoints was at the waist and back(Fei Shu)and the head and neck(Ding Chuan).The highest frequency of specific acupoints are back-shu(fei-shu)and five Shu(zu-san-li).3.The results of correlation cluster analysis among 35 acupoints were as follows:Sup was set to 10,CON was set to 0.9,and the first three acupoints were "Feishu,Dingchuan","Feishu,Zusanli","Dingchuan,Zusanli","Fei Yu,Ding Chuan,Zu San Li","Fei Yu,Qu Chi".The compatibility mode of acupoints with Feishu as the core,Zusanli,Dingchuan and Quchi acupoints as the main points.4.Four core combinations were extracted from 131 prescriptions,the first group was Feishu,Zusanli,Shenyu,Dingchuan,Pishu,Huanghuang,the second group was Zusanli,Dingchuan,Tiantu,Xuehai,chize,and the third group was Zusanli,Jielu,the fourth group was Feishu,Dingchuan,Quchi,Zusanli,Fengmen,Tiantu.5.Drug Frequency: 42 drugs were used,the total frequency was 143 times,the average was 3.83 times.Among the 42 drugs,the drugs with the first four frequencies accounted for 9.52% of all acupoints and 44.10% of all frequency.These four drugs are BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection,own venous blood,astragalus injection,Chuankezhi injection.Conciusion: 1.In the treatment of acupoint injection,the method of selecting acupoints near the asthma is usually used,and the acupoints with special therapeutic effect on asthma are selected.2.The selection of drugs for acupoint injection therapy is based on a single asthma,and the drugs with the function of "strengthening the body and invigorating the Qi" are selected.3.The treatment of asthma by acupoint injection generally follows the principle of "resolving phlegm and stabilizing asthma,supplementing Qi and tonifying deficiency".
