Research On The Medication Rules Of Professor Wang Shixuan In The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation Based On Data Mining

Purpose:The use of data mining(DM)technology to quantitatively analyze the prescriptions of Professor Wang Shixuan’s therapy of lumbar disc herniation in the past three years,and use the obtained data as the basis for further analysis Summarize the medication ideas.Material and method:Collected the medical records of Professor Wang Shixuan’s treatment of LDH patients from January 2017 to December 2019.A total of 217 cases were collected,and 346 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine items were collected.Import the expected raw data into Microsoft Word,use Microsoft Excel 2019 to build a basic database based on the data in Microsoft Word,import the basic patient data and prescription basic data in the database into SPSS Statistics 25.0,and perform frequency,frequency,and cluster analysis of related data.Then import the prescription information in the database into SPSSModeler18.0,and use the Apriori rule that comes with the software to analyze the relevance.Results:1.Statistics of drug frequency: Statistics of medicine frequency: 346 Chinese medicine prescriptions that meet the standards were collected,and 209 types of Chinese medicine were used.According to statistics,there are 68 commonly used medicines with a total frequency of more than 10%.The top ten are: Poria,Angelica,Achyranthes,Roasted Licorice,Rehmannia,Chuanxiong,White Peony,Codonopsis,and Atractylodes macrocephala.2.Statistics on the four qi and five flavors of the drug: Based on the statistics of 68 kinds of Chinese medicines with frequency higher than 10% in the database,Professor Wang uses warm medicines for the four qi medicines,and the five kinds of spicy medicines are slightly more similar to those of sweet medicines and bitter medicines.The overall medication is mainly pungent,sweet,and bitter.The most frequent occurrence of the Wuzang Guijing is the liver meridian,the second is the kidney meridian,and the third is the spleen meridian.The stomach meridian is the most frequently seen in Liufu Guijing.3.Cluster analysis: Professor Wang Shixuan’s core prescription for the treatment of the four types of LDH syndromes was obtained.The nuclear remedy for the therapy of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome are: Poria,Rehmannia glutinosa,Chinese yam,Cornus officinalis,Moutan cortex,Alisma,Zhigancao,Atractylodes macrocephala,Codonopsis pilosula.The nuclear remedy for the therapy of cold-damp syndrome are: Achyranthes bidentata,Chuanxiong,Angelica,Doraemon,Poria,Zhigancao,Weilingxian,Caulis spatholobi,Gentiana,and Morus sylvestris.The nuclear remedy for the therapy of damp-heat syndrome: licorice,codonopsis,atractylodes,phellodendron,achyranthes,coix seed,duhuo,tangerine peel,tuckahoe,pinellia.The nuclear remedy for the therapy of blood stasis syndrome are: Angelica,peach kernel,safflower,Chuanxiong,Achyranthes bidentata,Cyperus rotundus,Dilong,Gentiana,Myrrh,Licorice,Duhuo,Wulingzhi,Qianghuo,Frankincense,Poria.And clarified the idea of medication.4.Correlation degree analysis: Through correlation analysis,the commonly used two-drug combination and three-drug combination for the treatment of four Chinese medical syndrome of LDH by Professor Wang Shixuan were obtained,and the correlation network diagram was obtained,which further analyzed some commonly used Drug compatibility.Conclusion:1.Professor Wang Shixuan’s cure of LDH is mainly based on liver and kidney,with consideration of spleen and stomach.The four qi of the medicine is mainly warm,supplemented by cold medicine and sexual medicine.The five flavors of the medicine are mainly pungent,sweet and bitter,and the proportion is similar.2.Professor Wang Shixuan’s treatment of LDH mainly focuses on the liver and kidney,and appropriately takes into account the spleen and stomach meridian.The four Qis of the medicine are mainly used for the warm-acting ingredients,and the cold-acting medicines and the flat-acting medicines are the auxiliary medicines.The five flavors of the medicine are mainly pungent,sweet,and bitter,and the proportions are similar.3.Through further observation of the data,poria cocos,angelica sinensis,Radix Radix Oxide Radix,prepared licorice,Rehmannia glutinosa and Paeonia lactiflora were widely used in the four syndrome types of LDH,which reflected Professor Wang Shixuan’s medication ideas to a certain extent.4.The results of DM are basically consistent with Professor Wang Shixuan’s intents of using traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of LDH.
