Analysis On The Restoration Of Xue Yongqian's "Bamboo And Stone Map" On Paper

Calligraphy and painting works have historical,cultural,artistic,scientific and social values.They are not only exquisite works of art,but also the key component of paper cultural relics.They are also important cultural heritage.Painting mounting and repairing technology derived from traditional painting and calligraphy art is the unique quintessence of our country and an important intangible cultural heritage.Old paintings and calligraphy have been around for a long time.In the process of spreading,pollution and damage often occur due to improper storage and other reasons.Through painting and calligraphy mounting repair skills to maintain,save,restore and protect the damaged works of calligraphy and painting in the past dynasties,ancient genuine works can be spread.The art of painting and calligraphy mounting and repairing plays an indispensable role in the continuation of painting and calligraphy,the study of history and the promotion of culture.Taking Xue Yongqian’s Bamboo and Stone Pictures in the late Qing Dynasty as an example,this paper focuses on the implementation process of painting and calligraphy restoration,as well as the concrete application of cultural relics protection concept and restoration principle.
