The Legislative Research Of Local Public Libraries In My Country From The Perspective Of "Public Library Law"

The Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Libraries(hereinafter referred to as the Public Library Law)and local public library legislation both aim to promote and regulate the development of the library industry,laying solid foundation for the legal construction of China's public cultural service system.Under the background of the implementation of the rule of law policy,China's public cultural services need a set of rigorous and scientific laws and regulations to ensure.It has been more than four years since the implementation of the Public Library Law,Starting from the perspective of the promulgation of the Public Library Law,this paper analyzes the legislative content and legislative status of local public libraries.As for the main limitations and deficiencies existing in the current legislation,it holds that the key to solve the problems should be to promote the legislative procedure,highlight local characteristics,strictly follow the legislation,and explore and innovate the content.Gradually improve the construction of local library laws and regulations.All localities should follow the Public Library Law and combine local realities to promote the promulgation of local government rules and regulations,such as local public library management measures and regulations,so as to form a legal and regulatory system that can support and guarantee the development of China's public library undertaking with rigorous content,innovation,reasonable structure,objectivity,and easy to implement.
