In today's era,the game of great powers has entered an era of cultural competition with values as the fulcrum,which is embodied in the competition between ideological fields and national values.In the new era,how to consolidate China's value consensus in a complex international environment and diversified cultural disputes,and to build the Chinese spirit,Chinese values,and Chinese power have become the top priority of the party and state ideological work.As a frontier of ideological work,colleges and universities 'ideological and political status and professional ethics directly determine their ability and level of running a school,and profoundly affect their students' ideological value orientation.Strengthening the construction of university teachers' morality is highly valued by the party and the country.As a powerful educational country in the world,the United States is the first country in the world to establish professional ethics of university teachers.It has formed its own development characteristics in the theoretical research and practical operation of professional ethics of university teachers,and has a relatively complete system of teacher ethics norms.This study can provide reference experience for the construction of teachers' morality in Colleges and universities in China.Therefore,this paper uses the Marxist standpoint,viewpoint and method to lead the full-text research,on the basis of adhering to dialectical materialism and historical materialism,taking the problem as the guide,and tries to reveal the American high school teachers' professional ethics on the basis of facing the practical dilemma of the professional ethics of American College teachers and grasping its main characteristics through the perspective of the core content and practical path of the professional ethics of American college teachers The ideological attribute contained in the professional ethics of university teachers is explored,which can be used for reference in the value guidance,policy-making,mechanism improvement,atmosphere cultivation and so on.Based on the above research ideas,this paper is divided into four chapters.The specific contents are summarized as follows:The first chapter focuses on the connotation of professional ethics of American college teachers and focuses on the theoretical premise involved in this study.One is to focus on the specific connotation of "teacher professional ethics","teacher ethics" and "teacher professional ethics",grasp the social and standardization of teacher professional ethics,clarify the boundary and focus of teacher professional ethics,and clarify the premise for the overall research.Second,based on the history and education reform movement as the main line,this paper reviews the development process of professional ethics of American college teachers,clarifies the key content of the development of professional ethics of college teachers in each period.The second chapter focuses on the main content of professional ethics of American college teachers.Based on the text analysis of eight representative professional ethics norms of American college teachers from three dimensions of country,state and college,it summarizes the main value orientation of professional ethics of American college teachers.This paper explains the professional ethics of American college teachers from three dimensions: teaching,scientific research and communication.And through the study of the specific normative content,the ideological orientation of the main content of professional ethics of American college teachers is viewed.The third chapter focuses on the path of university teachers' professional ethics practice,based on the four universities,and private and community colleges and universities of empirical research,from the state,society,schools,teachers into four subject,summary the six ways of college teachers' professional ethics practice approach,mainly for: policy support,discipline and administrative management,self-education,recessive education environment edification and self-reflection.The fourth chapter mainly focuses on the main characteristics of the professional ethics of American college teachers,faces the practical dilemma of the professional ethics of American college teachers,insists on the research position and principle of "I-oriented" and "for my own use",takes the problem as the guidance,bases on thepractical situation of the construction of the professional ethics of Chinese college teachers,and puts forward the corresponding enlightenment and reference.First,based on the full-text research,this paper summarizes the three-dimensional characteristics of the professional ethics of American College Teachers in the specific practice process,which are: in the specific content,the combination of industry constraints,local characteristics and group characteristics;in the practice path,the combination of full coverage and full-range supervision;in the ethical constraints,the combination of legal norms and moral guidance.Second,based on the core content,practice path and main characteristics of the professional ethics of teachers in American colleges and universities,we should face the practical dilemma of the professional ethics of teachers in American colleges and universities,and make clear the three contradictions encountered in the process of professional ethics practice of teachers in American colleges and Universities,namely,the contradiction between professional ethics regulations and professional role positioning;the contradiction between administrative regulations and ethical responsibilities of teachers;social ethics The contradiction between expectation and teachers' professional well-being.Third,on the basis of rational thinking,based on the reality of the construction of College Teachers' Ethics in China,and explore the enlightenment and reference of the construction of College Teachers' Ethics in China.We should adhere to the guidance of national ideology and promote the construction of College Teachers' ethics To promote the construction of the legal system of teachers' morality;to improve the main body of the policy-making of teachers' morality,to improve the pertinence of the norms of teachers' morality;to improve the assessment mechanism of teachers,to strictly manage the promotion of teachers;to integrate all forces,to form a good atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing teaching.
