Study On The Organization And Dissemination Of The Western Voluntary Service Scheme For College Students

Voluntary service is an important symbol of civilization progress in modern society,an important carrier and effective grasp to strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization,cultivate and practice the core values of socialism.As a voluntary service project,the university student volunteer service western program is both a practical education project and an employment promotion project.It is a volunteer service western program for college students as a carrier to guide the graduates of colleges and universities to participate in the development and construction of the western region.Its scientific organization and operation mechanism has always been accompanied by the structure and management of the university student volunteer service western plan,and the effective organization communication plays a very important role in the development of our country university student volunteer service western plan.This paper focuses on the organizational communication of the university student volunteer service western program.Firstly,this paper combs out the literature on the university student volunteer service western program and the content related to the organization communication,collates and summarizes the relevant information collected,analyzes the structure pattern of the university student volunteer service western program in the process of organization communication and the content of organization management under the existing organization structure model by using the structure theory of organization communication.Secondly,it analyzes the process of organizing communication of university students' volunteer service western program,that is,intra-organization communication and out-organization communication,summarizes the characteristics of the organization communication of university students' volunteer service western program.Finally,it focuses on the media of organization communication,that is,organizing communication through print media such as newspapers,organizing communication through new media platforms such as micro-blog,and concludes that the obstacles in the process of organization communication are strict organizational structure,hierarchical communication and close hierarchical structure,insufficient efficiency of information transmission feedback layer by layer,and untimely updating of media platform content,resulting in three aspects of information lag.On theexisting problems,the author suggests that it is necessary to establish a clearer organizational communication system,optimize the organizational communication,advocate the diversification of communication,and give full play to the function of network media to provide guarantee for the long-term development of college students' volunteer service western plan.This paper uses the theory of organizational communication to study the organization of the volunteer service western program of college students,which provides a new theoretical perspective for the research of voluntary service projects,and also expands the empirical research of organizational communication research,which has certain practical significance.
