Research On The Integration Model Of Volunteer Service From The Perspective Of "Structure-Action" ——Take W City X District New Era Civilized Practice Volunteer Service As An Example

With the transformation of social management into governance,the awakening of citizens' consciousness and the development of science and technology,the role of volunteerism in modern governance has been highlighted,and the development of civilization practice in the new era has promoted the diversification of regional volunteerism practice models and paths.Based on Giddens' structural duality theory and the "structure-action" framework,this paper takes the participation process of volunteers in X district of W city as the main line of research,clarifies the structure and action dimension of volunteer service in the practice of civilization in the new era,and focuses on analyzing and solving the fragmentation problem of volunteer service.The research is carried out by analyzing and solving the fragmentation problem of volunteerism.The logical relationship of this analysis framework is that volunteers are the main subjects of volunteer service participation,and they will act under the incentive and constraint of the volunteer service structure,at the same time,there is a great tension between the actions of volunteers and the structure,the further development of volunteer service can be realized through integration.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: organizational structure,institutional structure and resource structure together form the practice environment of the new era of civilization practice volunteer service in X district;volunteers participate in volunteer service based on different action motives and present different growth trajectories in the process of volunteer service,such as passive service growth with marginal participation,reflective service growth with full participation,innovative service growth with full participation,and reconstructive service growth with full participation,by playing the subjectivity mechanism of reflective monitoring,meaning framework utilization and empowerment.In the process of volunteering,different growth trajectories such as passive service growth with marginal participation,reflective service growth with full participation,innovative service growth with full participation,and reconstructive service growth with full participation are observed.In the interactive context of volunteerism,structural factors and actor mechanisms are interdependent and contradictory,and the great tension between structure and action makes volunteerism present different practices of "regulation" or "freedom",and raises the problem of fragmentation of volunteer service.This study also aims to abandon the integration view of social or individual monolithic structure,give full play to social normativity and individual subjectivity,highlight the integration of four elements: dynamic subject,action goal,resource tool and rule norm,and construct the integration model of volunteer service.
