Research On The Training Mode Of Basketball Reserve Talents In Yantai Under The Background Of Mini Basketball Plan

Yantai is known as the “Hometown of Basketball”,has a solid foundation of basketball culture.In recent years,the training of basketball reserve talents in Yantai is faced with the problems of small base and low level,and it is urgent to build a more scientific and perfect training mode for basketball reserve talents.With the continuous promotion of the Mini Basketball Plan,mini basketball in Yantai is further promoted,which provides an opportunity for optimizing the cultivation of basketball reserve talents and exploring the construction of a new talent training mode.By using the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey and field observation,this paper studies the training mode of Yantai basketball reserve talents under the background of Mini Basketball Plan.Combined with the questionnaire data and expert interviews,from the enrollment mechanism,training mechanism,guarantee mechanism,transportation mechanism four aspects,this paper analyzes the current situation of the training mode and examines the problems,and on this basis,explores the construction of a new multi training mode and implementation path of Yantai basketball reserve talents under the background of Mini Basketball Plan.The results show that: 1.Yantai city has the training mode of combining sports and education,sports school training mode and youth basketball club training mode.The problems include: in terms of enrollment mechanism,the number of reserve talents is small,and the concept of sports material selection is backward;in terms of training mechanism,the training is not scientific and systematic,and the learning and training is unbalanced;in terms of guarantee mechanism,the coaching level of coaches is relatively low,and the investment is insufficient;in terms of transportation mechanism,the conveying target is fuzzy and the conveying resistance is large.2.Under the background of Mini Basketball Plan,a new multi training mode of Yantai basketball reserve talents is constructed,and the implementation path of "policy guidance,scientific selection,integration of sports and education,coach quality improvement,improved transportation level" is proposed.Under the new model,multiple management entities in the enrollment mechanism jointly formulate selection criteria and jointly build a talent information database;in the training mechanism,elementary schools are the core,and sports schools and youth basketball clubs supplement high-quality coach resources and curriculum resources in the form of part-time coaches and curriculum services;in the guarantee mechanism,funds are invested in the training of coaches and the update and maintenance of mini basketball court equipment;in the transportation mechanism,it takes the development of incentive policies for basketball players as the core,and makes clear the diversified talent transportation direction of municipal sports schools,middle schools,professional teams and youth basketball clubs.The research puts forward the following suggestions: 1.Yantai education department,sports department and social forces should work together to deepen the promotion of mini basketball,create an integrated mini basketball competition platform,update the mini basketball court and equipment.2.Comprehensively deepen the fusion of sports and education,form two training methods of “primary school-sports school” and “primary school-club” in the way of concept and resource integration,so as to ensure “combination of learning and training,all round development”.3.By creating a diversified talent training model,diversification will be achieved in terms of management subjects,training subjects,safeguard measures,and talent delivery directions.
