Under the background of the determination of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to promote the prosperity and development of football and the guidance of the sports health curriculum standard,football curriculum has attracted more and more attention and is one of the important teaching contents of school physical education.The majority of young students,especially boys,have a special liking for football.At present,China's school physical education curriculum football teaching and extracurricular football activities have been carried out for a long time.There are a series of problems,such as "students like playing football but don't like taking football lessons","students have learned football lessons from primary school to university for many years,can bump the ball,dribble around the pole,but can't play football,and can't really participate in football matches".Football teaching content pays too much attention to a single knowledge point and separates structured knowledge and skills,resulting in the loss of limited teaching time in repetitive action technology,affecting the combination of learning and use,and making the teaching lose integrity and interest.Only by restoring the actual situation in the classroom can students experience the real fun of football and improve the application level of football skills.The world cup is an event with the highest honor,the highest specification and the highest competitive level in football.The goals represent the world's top offensive situation.The correct defensive situation deduced on this basis is more representative.Therefore,the author summarizes and combs these representative football situations,and constructs the football teaching content based on the "game defense situation",which is a supplement and development to the academic research in the field of existing football teaching content,a perfect and innovative supplement to the teaching content of today's Chinese campus football course,and provides a reference for carrying out campus Football Teaching in the future.The author boldly experimented with two natural class students in Grade 5 of Huajing primary school in Xuhui District.The "experimental class" adopts the football teaching content based on the "game defense situation",and the "control class" adopts the traditional single technology teaching content of football.Taking the physical quality,defense technology ability and practical combat ability as the experimental indicators,the teaching experiment of 36 class hours in a semester is carried out.The following research results are summarized through experimental research:(1)The experimental group was 50 meters and 50 meters × 8meters turn back running,defensive technical ability and competition ability were significantly improved,and there was no significant difference in one minute rope jumping(2)The control group was 50 meters and 50 meters × 8 turn back running,defensive technical ability and competition ability were significantly improved,and there was no significant difference in one minute rope jumping(3)After the experiment,there was no significant difference in physical quality and football match ability between the experimental group and the control group,but there was significant difference in football defense ability.Therefore,the following research conclusions are drawn:(1)Adding football teaching content based on "game defense situation" in primary school physical education teaching can effectively improve students' positive interest in physical education learning,stimulate students' interest in classroom learning and strengthen students' enthusiasm in classroom practice;To effectively improve students' football competition ability,we should not only learn technology,but also learn to use technology in the game,not just learn a single technology.(2)From the goal loss of the world cup,the world's top football game,summarize and sort out the typical defensive situations,so as to build the football teaching content based on the "game defensive situation",which has more practical significance,avoid students' repeated and mechanical single technical practice,return the football class to the football game situation,and make the football teaching content more complete and interesting,In order to improve the current situation of students who "like football but don't like football class".(3)Through a semester of teaching experiment,it can be found that adding football teaching content based on "game defense situation" in primary school physical education teaching can effectively improve students' physical quality,improve students' physical fitness,promote students' physical and mental health,effectively improve the utilization rate of class,make it easier for students to master game defense technology,and effectively improve students' football competition ability.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the following suggestions to better carry out the teaching of football teaching content based on "game defense situation" :(1)It is suggested that Huajing primary school can try to integrate the football teaching content based on "game defense situation" in the process of physical education curriculum creation,so as to enrich and improve the existing physical education curriculum.(2)As only 36 class hour experimental research has been carried out,the teaching content design of this time is only in-depth from the dimension of individual group as a whole.The design and processing of teaching content in other dimensions can be further improved,and some teaching effects can be further verified.(3)This study combines the technology and tactics in football teaching,and constructs a new set of teaching content focusing on training competition ability through one "game situation",so as to provide a practical theory for the reform of campus football teaching mode.
