Saponins in Panax notoginseng is one of the main effective components of Panax notoginseng.So far,more than 60 kinds of saponins have been extracted from various parts of Panax notoginseng.With the in-depth study on saponins of Panax notoginseng,the study on saponins with less content in Panax notoginseng has gradually become a hot spot in the study of saponins of Panax notoginseng.Under the background of the development of biomedical industry as a key industry in Yunnan Province,this paper uses the innography patent retrieval system to search the patents of rare Panax notoginseng saponins.Through the literature analysis and patent information analysis,it carries out patent early warning analysis on nine kinds of rare Panax notoginseng saponins,finds out the main innovation subjects and key patents of each kind of rare Panax notoginseng saponins,and then judges the technology in this field The development trend,put forward the possible future development direction,make suggestions for the development direction of research institutions in Yunnan Province.According to the patent analysis results,Ginsenoside Rg3,ginsenoside Rh2 and ginsenoside CK are the hot research objects in the research of rare saponins of Panax notoginseng.The preparation technology of Ginsenoside Rg3 and ginsenoside Rh2 is relatively mature,and the application of pharmaceutical composition is also widely studied.High strength patents focus on the application of effective ingredients in pharmaceutical composition.In the research of ginsenoside CK,the preparation technology of active ingredients is relatively mature,and the risk of patent infringement in this field is high.The application of active ingredients is the next research direction.The research on the remaining six rare saponins of Panax notoginseng is still in its infancy,with few innovative subjects and few high-strength patents,most of which belong to the preparation field.For later research institutions,the application of Panax notoginseng rare saponins is the key direction of follow-up research,and is not necessarily limited to the research of traditional anti-cancer and anti-tumor pharmaceutical products.At present,the technology development of research institutions in Yunnan province lags behind,and the core competitiveness is not strong.In the case that the existing technology can not achieve a breakthrough,we can apply the active ingredients of rare Panax notoginseng saponins in daily chemical products and health food products,find new application scenarios of the active ingredients of rare Panax notoginseng saponins,form our own patent layout,and seize the market first.
