Research On Government Supervision Of Safety Production In W District,W City

Safety production accidents affect the economic prosperity and stable development of the country and the society,and also threaten the security of lives and property of people.Therefore,it is a compulsory lesson for a service-oriented government to strictly implement the work security supervision.In order to compensate for the government’s shortcoming in work safety supervision,strengthen the government management on the safety administration of enterprises,encourage enterprises to strengthen their own security management,improve the level of operating safety management,and prevent enterprises,individual lives and the their property,administrations of work security nationwide have been following the development of the time,innovating various supervisory methods and forms,raising the efficiency of work safety supervision,so that work accidents can be prevented by implementing the main responsibility of work safety.The work security supervision of the grass-roots government in W District is the main research object of this paper.In order to objectively and systematically grasp the work safety supervision status in W District,the author mainly adopts the method of questionnaire.The questionnaires(The Questionnaire about the Grass-roots Government of W District W City’s Work Safety Supervision Status(Government Worker Edition)and The Questionnaire about the Grass-roots Government of W District W City’s Work Safety Supervision Status(Enterprise Edition))were designed based on field studies on W District W City,covering the background of interviewees,working reality,self-assessment of work security etc..Staff of the W District Government(including district street level supervisors or leaders,in charge of work security supervision in the area of street level were engaged in the production safety supervision staff)and enterprise staff(including participates in enterprise’s safety production,heads of the enterprise and individual enterprises,responsible for the enterprise safety in production work security officer,intermittent involved in work safety in production of enterprise workers)have been separately distributed the two versions of questionnaires.Finally,391 valid questionnaires were adopted as data samples and deeply analyzed in the research.The actual situation of the work security supervision department in W District was thereout obtained,and countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for the existing problems.At present,the overall situation of work safety supervision in W District is good.However,there are also some typical contradictions and problems,such as inadequate work safety supervision,poor effect of coordination among supervision teams,and limited online supervision.As for the reasons of these problems mainly come down to three aspects:the imperfect supervision mechanism of work safety supervision,the lack of professional ability of work safety supervision team,and the immaturity of online supervision APP design.In view of these problems,the author combined with the domestic advanced practical experience,and put forward the following suggestions for work safety supervision:strengthening the construction of work safety supervision mechanism,improving the collaborative governance ability of work safety supervision team,and developing advanced technology of work safety supervision,together of which might improve the effect of work safety supervision in W District.
