Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Safety Production Supervision Mechanism Of Small And Micro Enterprise

In recent years,Party committees and governments at all levels,industry supervision departments and production and operation units pay more and more attention to work safety,especially the new revision of the production safety law of the People’s Republic of China further clear about the party and government leadership and industry regulatory responsibility,the responsibility chain is more and more perfect,However,the current work safety is still in the climbing stage,serious accidents occur from time to time.Exposed the safety production supervision mechanism is not perfect.This paper analyzes the reasons for the imperfect supervision mechanism of safety production of small and micro enterprises in R City and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,which is of positive significance to improve the supervision mechanism of safety production of small and micro enterprises.Firstly,the concepts of small and micro enterprises are defined.The present situation and working practices of small and micro enterprises,industry regulatory authorities,local government,third-party service agencies and media participating in collaborative governance of work safety in R city were introduced.Then,through questionnaires,direct interviews and other methods,the problems existing in the safety production supervision mechanism of small and micro enterprises in R city were found.Further analyze the shortcomings,loopholes and the reasons behind the multi-subject collaborative governance.In view of the problems and causes,using the theory of collaborative governance and service-oriented government,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the safety production supervision mechanism of small and micro enterprises.Through research and analysis of this article,the perfect small micro enterprise production safety supervision mechanism,need to strengthen the enterprise to carry out the principal responsibility of endogenous power,establish and improve department manages concertedly between transverse defense mechanism,tight chain longitudinal responsibility,perfect the government to the constraints of the third-party service institutions and the news media guide,ultimately achieve the goal of preventing production safety accident.
