China is a big country of energy production and consumption,and coal is the main energy in China,ensuring and stabilizing the long-term development of the coal industry and the safe production of coal mining enterprises are the most important issues in the development of China’s industry and energy.Realizing the clean,efficient and deep utilization of coal resources and intelligent,green and safe development of coal resources are the strategic task and the only way for the high-quality development of China’s coal industry,the transformation and development of coal industry has made the psychological and behavioral states of practitioners more complex,and it has also brought new challenges to the traditional coal mine safety management model.In recent years,the safety production situation of China’s coal mines has continued to be stable and improved,when the number of coal mine accidents and casualties continues to decline,the focus of occupational safety and health research has also shifted to improving the happiness of miners,paying more attention to the interpersonal communication and social relationship of miners in the coal mining enterprise teams.The team is the production and operation team of the coal mining enterprises,all miners in the team work together to create positive synergies to achieve the goal of safe production,however,the complexity of coal mine situational factors and the diversity of miners’ personality characteristics make interpersonal conflicts within the team often occur,inevitably leading to problems such as tension and negative emotions among team members,which greatly reduces the work efficiency and quality of miners,thereby affecting the safety production of coal mining enterprises,but the influence mechanism of team relationship conflict on coal mine safety performance is still unclear.In view of this,based on conservation of resources theory,social cognitive theory and self-determination theory,focusing on the development and changing trends of cognition,psychology and behavior at different levels of "team-individual",taking root in the front-line production teams of coal mining enterprises,conducting relevant research on teams and miners,and exploring the influence mechanism of team relationship conflict on coal mine safety performance.Firstly,collecting and organizing relevant domestic and foreign literatures and theories on team relationship conflict,team efficacy,safety motivation and safety performance,and combining the research objectives and the research situation of the coal mining industry,the connotations,measurement,dimensions and related research of the research variables are expounded.Then,based on literature review and theoretical analysis,research hypotheses of the influence of team relationship conflict on team safety performance are put forward,and the theoretical model of same-level of mediating effect of team relationship conflict,team efficacy and team safety performance is constructed,research hypotheses of the influence of team relationship conflict on miner safety performance are put forward,and the theoretical model of cross-level of mediating effect of team relationship conflict,team efficacy,miner safety motivation and miner safety performance is constructed.Finally,developing the scales,designing the questionnaires,carrying out the forecast test to revise the questionnaires,determining the formal survey objects,issuing the questionnaires,conducting descriptive statistical analysis,common method bias test,reliability and validity test,and team data aggregation analysis on the collected data,using AMOS23.0,HLM 7.0and other software to test the research hypotheses,and obtain the research results.Based on the survey data of 347 miners in 40 teams,the study found that team relationship conflict has a significant negative impact on team safety performance,and team efficacy plays a same-level mediating role in the impact of team relationship conflict on team safety performance.Team relationship conflict can not only negatively influence miner safety performance directly,but also indirectly influence it through cross-level mediating effects and cross-level chain mediating effects of team efficacy and miner safety motivation,autonomous safety motivation plays a key role in the influence path of team relationship conflict on miner safety performance.Based on the above conclusions,the influence mechanism of team relationship conflict on coal mine safety performance is revealed,which enriches and expands the application and explanatory power of interpersonal relationship theory in the field of coal mine safety,and provides a theoretical basis for implementing targeted management measures for the motivation mechanism of different levels of safety performance.
