At present,the competition in China’s electrolytic aluminum industry is becoming increasingly fierce,and the state’s regulation of the electrolytic aluminum industry is becoming increasingly strict.Under the dual pressure of internal and external,how to transform and upgrade electrolytic aluminum enterprises has become the main problem faced by enterprises.Based on the strategic management theory,combined with the enterprise development status and industry development background,this paper makes an in-depth study on the market environment of wqcy Aluminum Co.,Ltd.by using the methods of literature research,inductive analysis and quantitative analysis,so as to put forward the reasonable strategic direction conducive to its development.Firstly,this paper describes the research background,significance,ideas and methods.Secondly,it deeply analyzes the connotation of diversification strategy,integration strategy and international development strategy,and studies the use of relevant theoretical tools.Then,the internal environment of wqcy aluminum company is fully explored,and the impact of internal factors on the company’s strategy is quantitatively studied.Next,we use PEST analysis and five forces model analysis to analyze the macro environment and industry environment faced by the company,and quantitatively study the impact of external factors on the company’s strategy.Furthermore,after clarifying the company’s development strategic objectives,the SWOT analysis tool is used to analyze the internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats faced by wqcy Aluminum Co.,Ltd.,and put forward relevant alternative strategies.On this basis,the intensive growth strategy suitable for the development of the company is quantitatively selected based on QSPM matrix.Finally,it puts forward some strategic implementation plans,such as seeking international strategic partners,producing internationally competitive products,establishing an international sales force,controlling the company’s financial risks,and safeguards,such as standardizing the enterprise’s scientific management system,cultivating the company’s innovation atmosphere,building a strong corporate culture,strengthening the company’s brand construction,and strengthening the company’s talent training.Taking wqcy Aluminum Co.,Ltd.as the research object,based on strategic management theory and using relevant scientific analysis tools,this paper explores and studies its strategic transformation,which is not only conducive to the further upward development of wqcy Aluminum Co.,Ltd.and provides a direction for its strategic transformation,but also provides a reference for the strategic transformation of other enterprises in the industry,which has strong practical significance.
