| In recent years,the development of the backfill mining method,which integrates the advantages of controlling ground pressure,good environmental protection,and high ore recovery rate,has brought a profound impact on the mining of metal mines.When the backfill mining method is used for backfilling,the surface backfill slurry is transported to the goaf through the pipeline conveying system and is transported to the goaf by means of self-flow.It has become a key problem that the production of mining enterprises is affected by the failure of the backfilling pipeline system.Combining the characteristics of the filling process,this paper takes the failure mode of the filling pipeline system in the deep well of the metal mine as the research object,and combines the examples to deeply explore the cascading evolution process of the failure of the self-flow conveying system of the filling pipeline in the deep well of the metal mine.According to the failure evolution mechanism,the maintenance strategy is given..The main research results of this paper include:(1)This paper counts the number and distribution area of metal mines in deep mine mining in China,and analyzes the characteristics of self-flowing pipelines filled with slurry.On the basis of previous scholars’ research on the failure modes of deep mine mines,the paper summarizes the failure modes that are prone to occur in the filling pipeline system,and analyzes its characteristics.(2)In order to effectively explore the failure cascade evolution process of filling pipeline system in deep wells of metal mines,a risk identification visualization analysis method is proposed based on the rank-based approach(ROC),cross-influence analysis(CIA)and damping explanatory structural model(DISM).Firstly,the concept of events is used to represent the multi-source heterogeneous information that causes risks,a fast expert ranking method is used to deduce the risk factor weights,and the event cross-influence matrix is used as the input of the damping interpretation structure model,and then the hierarchical direction of risk evolution is obtained.diagram to visualize failure modes.(3)Taking the example of a system failure accident in a metal mining enterprise as the research object,the CIA-DISM model is used to deeply explore the cascading evolution process of the failure of the deep well filling pipeline system.The result is more realistic.And according to the evolution scenario of system failure depicted by the hierarchical directed graph,maintenance strategies suitable for different periods are proposed.In summary,on the basis of the failure mode study of the deep well filling pipeline system in metal mines,based on the risk visualization analysis method of CIA-DISM,this paper deeply explores the failure evolution mode of the deep well filling pipeline system,and proposes a scientific and effective pipeline system.The maintenance strategy provides inspiration and reference for the management of mining enterprises. |
