| China has entered a new journey of development in the 14 th Five-Year plan period, and accelerating energy conservation and emission reduction has become a top priority. It is an important mission for China in the new era to achieve carbon peak in 2030 and carbon neutralization in 2060.Compared with other countries,China’s emission reduction situation is more severe, and with the rapid development of economy, urbanization effects such as population flow, urban construction and spatial expansion have exacerbated the pressure of carbon emission reduction in China. Therefore,it is urgent to seek highefficiency,high-quality and practical energy-saving and carbon reduction measures. As one of the main sources of carbon emissions, the construction sector plays an important role. With the rapid expansion of cities and towns, the proportion of carbon emissions in the construction sector is also increasing rapidly. So we can start with the construction sector, which has great potential to reduce emissions and its cost of reducing emissions is relatively low. Therefore, from the perspective of urbanization, this paper aims to explore the impact of different dimensions of urbanization on building carbon emission and the regional differences of the impact,so as to put forward targeted policy suggestions for building carbon emission reduction in China. The research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)this paper calculates and analyzes the carbon emission of urban civil buildings through the split method of energy balance table.Through the analysis,it is found that the carbon emissions of buildings in China are increasing year by year and have certain regional differences in space. Therefore,it is further proved that China’s building carbon emission does have spatial correlation through Moran index.(2)This paper uses Theil index to measure different regional division methods, and proves that the contribution rate of regional difference according to building climate division is the largest, that is,climate has a great impact on building carbon emission;(3)This paper constructs a new urbanization index, and uses the entropy weight method to measure the urbanization level from the five dimensions of population urbanization, economic urbanization, social urbanization, spatial urbanization and Ecological Urbanization, which is different from the rough measurement model of single index in the past;(4)In this paper, the spatial panel econometric model is used to empirically analyze the effects of the two research objects, and the differences within and between regions are analyzed from the national perspective and regional perspective respectively, which proves that urbanization of different dimensions has different impact effects in different regions.Based on the above analysis,a framework system for building carbon emission reduction is constructed, and targeted countermeasures are proposed from the national level and the regional level,in order to help each region and province formulate differentiated emission reduction measures, provide a theoretical basis for regional coordinated development, and have a certain reference significance for the path selection and policy formulation of building carbon emission reduction in China. |
