Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Safe Production Law Enforcement In Villages And Towns In Y District

With the continuous development of the social economy,non-public enterprises and individual economies in townships(streets)have developed rapidly,and enterprise safety issues have been highly valued.Enterprise production,safety is paramount.Safety is the bottom line of production,and production without safety guarantees may cause irreparable damage to the safety of people’s lives and property.Due to lax safety awareness and inadequate safety supervision,production accidents often occur.The occurrence of the "3.21" particularly serious explosion accident in Xiangshui County,Yancheng City is a typical warning case.Based on this,in order to accurately grasp the current situation of safety production work in Y district townships(streets)of Yancheng City,avoid major production accidents,ensure the personal safety of workers,and achieve safety production,this article takes the safety production law enforcement work of Y district township enterprises as the starting point,analyzes the main problems and reasons that exist in Y district safety production law enforcement,and proposes solutions.This article takes administrative management theory and new public management theory as the basic theories,and uses various methods such as literature search,questionnaire survey,and interview to investigate the current situation of safety production law enforcement in townships in Y district.It analyzes the main problems in safety production law enforcement from four dimensions: law enforcement attitude,law enforcement team,law enforcement content,and law enforcement methods,And following the principle of "having laws to abide by,having laws to abide by,violating laws to be investigated,and enforcing laws strictly",corresponding safety production law enforcement measures have been proposed.The conclusions drawn from this study are: it has been found that in the management of safety production law enforcement,there are deviations in law enforcement attitudes due to insufficient internal training,immature law enforcement teams due to insufficient internal incentive mechanisms,inadequate external constraints that result in incomplete coverage of law enforcement content,and insufficient external supporting supply that leads to a single law enforcement method.In order to solve these problems,it is required that the safety production law enforcement department should correct their law enforcement attitude,attach importance to job training and assessment,clarify the division of labor,establish a scientific incentive mechanism,improve policy documents,ensure comprehensive law enforcement content,introduce modern equipment,adopt intelligent law enforcement methods,and take a series of measures to overcome the problems faced by safety production law enforcement in Y district townships,and ensure safety production in Y district townships.
