Study On Applying Confucian Culture To Enhance Management Innovation In TY Company

With the rapid development of economic and social environment,enterprises have become the main backbone of China’s overall economic development and the sustainable power to promote the development of the social environment.With the increasingly fierce market competition pattern,the integration of corporate culture process and management innovation has attracted more and more attention.Enterprise management innovation is the value concept,moral concept,way of thinking and quality of culture reflected in enterprise organization,establishment,operation and management,and is the indispensable core content of enterprise development.This is not only the cultural quality and soul of entrepreneurs,but also a very special non-material production factor and cultural capital of enterprises.Political economy and social culture are the key components of enterprise management innovation.Confucian culture has deeply influenced the people’s thoughts,viewpoints,thinking,behavior and psychology,becoming a key force in shaping the internal character of the people and an important cultural asset of modern enterprises.This paper discusses the influence mechanism and path of Confucian culture and enterprise management innovation,deepens the research on the social norms of enterprise management innovation and the cultural basis of informal institutions,and hopes to find out the possibility and path of developing enterprise management innovation with Chinese characteristics from the application of Confucian culture to enterprise management innovation.Further,from the practical level,by taking TY Company as an example and observing and interviewing the case through literature study and case analysis method,the company conducted in-depth research on the work and life of the company and its managers,and analyzed the process of management innovation based on the Confucian cultural concept.And the situation of enterprises in different stages of development of enterprise life cycle and the feasible paths and measures of management innovation,trying to start from the perspective of modern management,using relevant research methods to study the management innovation and reform of TY company,through different dimensions of the construction and management of TY company’s corporate culture analysis,This paper explores the application effect of Confucian culture on the construction of enterprise management innovation,analyzes the role of refining,developing and extending corporate culture,hoping to provide reference for building excellent organizations with Chinese characteristics,arouse thinking on cultivating enterprise management innovation with Chinese characteristics,and provide inspiration and reference for similar enterprises to carry out reform and innovation under the new normal.
