Design Of PC Monitoring System For Automatic Garment Production

In recent years,with the overall improvement of China’s social and economic level and garment automation production level,configuration technology is more and more widely used in all aspects of life.This Master’s Thesis applies the configuration technology in the field of garment production,based on the configuration softwareKing View.The system is divided into five functional modules: user management module,pipeline production module,real-time monitoring module,data report module and fault alarm module,which can realize the real-time monitoring of cloth checking,cloth cutting,cloth sewing,cloth assembly,and finishing and ironing.The system communicates with the programmable logic controller(PLC)through TCP transmission control protocol.This paper also realizes the simulation of PLC in TIA V16.The specific contents are as follows:(1)A set of automatic garment production supercomputer monitoring system is designed and realized.(2)The configuration king(King View6.60)implements the upper computer monitoring software design,using configuration king control layer,monitoring layer and management three layer network architecture system function module division and complete the user management module,pipeline production module,real-time monitoring module,data report module and fault alarm module five function module development design.Among them,the user management module,pipeline production module,real-time monitoring module,data report module and fault alarm module have a complete function test and good operation results.(3)According to the communication mode of the programmable logic controller(PLC)and the configuration king,the reasonable communication configuration is completed.The control circuit diagram of the upper computer monitoring system is completed according to the I / O address allocation,and the PLC ladder diagram control program is completed according to the process flow to realize the PLC simulation.(4)Through the simulation test,analyze the test results,accurate and effective monitoring,the system operation is reliable.The monitoring system of garment automatic production aims to improve the production management efficiency and service level of garment production enterprises,which can improve the problems of garment production process,high management cost and low production efficiency.It also can provide effective support for practical application and has certain practical value.
