At present,the most cylindrical grinder of factory in china,rely on manual loading.Not only the labor intensity is heavy but also still got a lot of skilled workers,causing excessive costs.With the improving of the labor costs and requirement for future development of the intelligent manufacturing,enhancing the automation of grinding process has become a problem to be solved.In this paper, the mechanical and electrical integration equipment based on PLC and M1020 is designed to accomplish the automatic feeding and feeding action in the process of grinding. The thesis mostly include four sections as follow:(1) The present situation and future trends of feeding manipulator at home and abroad are analyzed and summarized.(2) This paper designs automatic feeding equipment for the center-less grinding machine. The equipment improves the quality of the product and reduces the cost.(3)In this paper, the mechanical parts of the manipulator are designed.The detasils are as the follows:the structural design of the manipulator arm and the stuctural design of the manipulator wrist.(4)This paper designs the electrical parts of the automatic feeding device, includes:the determination of the circuit scheme, the design of the motor and invert, the design of PLC。Through to the manipulator mechanism designing, the the hydraulic system designing and control system designing,center-less cylindrical loading can automatic loading and unloading. The he balance of the unidirectional sequence valve circuit to be adopted to design hydraulic system,on account of considering the weight of system. The Industry manipulator will help enterprises to form automatic production line, improve the production efficiency of enterprises and reduce the labor intensity of worker.
