| The electrification process in my country has accelerated in recent years,and electricity plays an important role in social production and life.The country proposes to strive to reach the carbon peak by 2030,strive to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality by 2060,which also represents the launch of a battle for the green and low-carbon transformation of the power industry.Every thermal power company needs to improve its competitiveness and survive in the power system reform.Since 2011,H Thermal Power Enterprise always strive to become a world-class enterprise,seizing opportunities and changing the way of development.However,with the proposal of Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutral,enterprises need to change their development concepts and strategies.Based on the relevant theories and analysis methods of strategic management,this paper uses the PEST model proposed by Francis Joseph Aguilar to analyze the macro environment and uses the five forces model proposed by Michael Porter to analyze the competitive environment of enterprises.Enterprise experts scored and quantitatively analyzed the external environment,which made it clear that H thermal power enterprises are facing external market environment impacts such as rising power generation costs,shrinking market share,and increasing difficulty in energy management and control.Subsequently,the internal resources and capabilities of H thermal power enterprises were analyzed,and it was clarified that H thermal power enterprises had internal advantages in management system,management innovation,marketing capabilities,etc.,and could give full play to their internal management advantages to deal with the external market environment.Through the qualitative analysis of the SWOT model,it is proposed that H thermal power enterprises should realize the development under the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality through the ST diversification strategy and combine the QSPM quantitative evaluation model with the SWOT model to provide a feasible strategy for company decision-making.H thermal power enterprises can use policy research,equipment management,information system research and development,multi-energy co-supply,comprehensive budget,etc.as the development strategy of H thermal power enterprises,and carry out strategies by improving organizational management,human resources,financial management and risk management.Guarantee and achieve strategic development. |
