| With the development of China’s industry,people pay more and more attention to the influence of air pollution to life.Industrial production leads to the rise of gas content in the atmosphere,even,toxic gas leak events occur sometimes,which are extremely hazardous to ecological environment and physical health.Currently,there are many types of detection systems for poisonous gases.However,with the arrival of industrial 4.0 era,traditional detection systems cannot meet people’s needs anymore.This article proposes a toxic gas detection system applicable to industrial zones,with combination of Sensor technology,Internet of Things technology,embedded technology,database technology,computer technology,etc.,which is used to achieve remote fast real-time monitoring of toxic gases.First,according to the demand of design,this paper completed the overall architecture design of the industrial area gas detection system.The hardware terminal is designed to meet the outdoor power supply requirements with lithium batteries and solar panels.The main control module uses STM32F103 as a master chip(reason is cheap and better performance).In the design,the sensor is used to acquire gas data,the GPS module is used to position the system hardware coordinate.The acquired data is transmitted to the main control module by serial port,after processing,the data is transferred to the Alibaba net platform by NBT-IOT module with MQTT protocol.After that,the cloud product flow function of Ali Cloud forwards the data to the PC side and We Chat applets,used to implement data remote monitoring and Manage.The upper computer of the PC side can implement QT design using cross-platform development software,with data stored in the MYSQL database,which achieves user management,historical data management,data real-time monitoring and system location information location functions.Baidu map API can be called to experience the visualization of the system location.The filter is optimized by using the detected pollution source concentration,and the prediction model of pollutant gas diffusion concentration is made.In the test link of the toxic gas detection system,the test content is mainly terminal device data acquisition test,cloud platform communication function test,database function test,hostile function test.The test results show that the system is reasonable in design,powerful in function,supports independent long-time operation,can realize real-time collection and monitoring of toxic gases,and runs stably without abnormal conditions.It has a good prospect of use.Figure[90] table[7]reference[80]... |
