With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up,it has brought unlimited business opportunities and possibilities to the vast number of private enterprises,but it has also been accompanied by various dangers and challenges,especially in the case of the global COVID-19 epidemic,local wars and conflicts,and the overall decline of social economy,the competition between enterprises has become increasingly fierce.How to maintain the competitiveness and innovation ability of enterprises in the fierce market competition,the talent of enterprises is a crucial determinant.Shale oil and gas exploration leaders in the energy and chemical industry have achieved commercial value in China in the last decade.The industry is in short supply of talents and requires high professional skills and experience of employees.Therefore,many enterprises in the industry cultivate all kinds of talents required by enterprises through internal training.L Company is a private enterprise,specializing in the research and industrial application of key technologies for shale oil and gas production.The company has seized the historical opportunity of major technological breakthroughs in the field of shale oil and gas in the world,made remarkable achievements in technology and product R&D and innovation,made up for a number of technical gaps in the development and application of shale oil and gas in China,and has been recognized by the domestic market to achieve rapid development of the company.However,with the continuous expansion of the company’s scale and the need for business diversification,L Company meet more and more problems in employee training.Analyzing the problems and causes of the staff training system of L Company and re-optimizing the design of the staff training system of L Company can not only help L Company achieve its strategic objectives,but also supply experience for other enterprises that also want to optimize the staff training system.Thesis takes L Company’s staff training system as the research sample.First,it clarifies the research background,significance,research ideas and methods,and summarizes the relevant theories of the employee training system.Secondly,collect the information of L company comprehensively through field survey interview and questionnaire,then find the existing problems of the training system,and summarize and analyze the causes of the above problems.Thirdly,put forward the ideas and principles for the optimization design of the staff training system according to the specific problems.Finally,thesis puts forward the safeguard measures for the optimization design of the staff training system,which provides a reference for the improvement of the staff training of L Company.
