In recent years,due to the intensification of environmental degradation,the global emphasis on green environmental protection has become increasingly important.The production of chemical products has the characteristics of high energy consumption and high pollution.With the strengthening of government control,the profit space of enterprises is compressed,and the difficulty of development increases.At the same time,due to the impact of the 2020 epidemic,the stability of market supply and demand is poor,and enterprises are increasingly emphasizing the coordination ability of the supply chain,hoping to increase their market competitiveness by optimizing logistics management.This article takes D Company as the research object to conduct research on logistics management in the chemical industry.D Company is a traditional chemical enterprise that integrates research and development,production,and sales.It is a leading enterprise in the segmented field of leather chemical industry in China and is a key development enterprise of "precision,specialization,specialty,and novelty".Since its listing in 2016,the company has developed rapidly and its sales scale has gradually expanded,covering all parts of the country.In the past two years,with the expansion of D Company’s sales scale,logistics costs have remained high and customer service levels have decreased,greatly affecting the market competitiveness of the enterprise.In order to solve the above problems,this article analyzes the logistics management problems of Company D,utilizing relevant theories and models,and combining with the actual situation of the enterprise,mainly optimizing from three aspects: distribution mode,logistics network,and distribution center location evaluation strategy.Firstly,this study focuses on customers as service objects,improves the delivery mode,and optimizes the delivery path.Secondly,this article optimizes the warehouse network layout of Company D through clustering analysis and precise center of gravity method.The specific method is to use cluster analysis to divide each demand point into several communities based on distance,and then take each community as a unit to calculate the demand for each demand point.Using the precise center of gravity method,the location of each community is calculated to complete the network layout of the warehouse.Finally,the AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to obtain the weights of factors affecting the location of chemical warehouses,in order to optimize the evaluation plan for distribution center location,and to evaluate alternative options,thus making the best location decision.This study provides an optimization approach for logistics management for peers,combining the network layout of warehouses and the location decision of distribution centers to achieve optimization of delivery timeliness and logistics costs.At the same time,it provides a reference for the weight of influencing factors for chemical product location selection.In order to reflect the effect of this study,this thesis conducts data validation from two aspects of logistics cost and transportation timeliness,and implemented the plan of warehouse location evaluation and got the result.
