technology innovation system with market orientation as the core.It turns out that the digital economy has a pivotal role in promoting the rapid development of green and promoting technological innovation.The digital economy has the characteristics of high knowledge dense,high-coordination,and high-tech.It is the core force of a new round of industrial reform.It can promote industrialization and informatization,promote emerging technological innovation in various fields,optimize regional innovation adjustment,participate in the constituent composition The new momentum of economic development has promoted the transformation of new and old kinetic energy,and also accelerated the transformation of R & D results.Therefore,studying the influence mechanism of the digital economy on green technology innovation is of great significance for economic development and social progress.This article collects,sorted out,and combines related literature and academic research on the research issues.On this basis,the year of 2012-2021 has been combined in the decade of 2012,except Tibet,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan.Based on this,a digital economic indicator evaluation system is established.Through this evaluation system,the digital economy development level of each province can be used to use the entropy value method.In the process of empirical,the amount of green patent authorization is selected as a measurement indicator of the innovative level of green technology explained variables.For the core explanation variable,the comprehensive measurement index of the digital economy development level is calculated.The open level and other indicators are used as a control variable.After the self-related inspection of the space,the economic distance matrix is selected in multiple space weight matrices for empirical results analysis,and a series of tests are passed.The empirical model with good fitting effect is as follows:(1)After selecting the evaluation index of the development level of the digital economy,the data use of the data use entropy value method is processed to obtain the comprehensive index.By ranking the comprehensive index,it is found that areas with high levels of digital economy development are basically the eastern economy.In developed areas,the latter five are the western regions except Hainan Province,which is an island,and positive spatial spillover effect on green technology innovation.On the basis of maintaining the stable improvement of the level of green technology innovation in various places,and narrowing the gap in the level of green technology innovation caused by the imbalance of economic development between regions as much as possible,this paper puts forward the following suggestions based on the empirical results: we should actively strive to promote the development of the digital economy,and the important components of the digital economy are digital industrialization and industrial digitalization,and promote the process of digital economy from these two aspects;The eastern region should maintain and amplify the current advantages,make full use of its location advantages,continue to increase the introduction of high-quality talents and high-quality investment,and encourage and guide social capital to turn to the digital economy and green technology innovation,while the central and western regions under the premise of maintaining economic growth,on the relevant policies that can improve the level of digital economy development,increase government support,want to narrow the gap with the eastern developed regions as much as possible,we must find ways to play a good role in data as a key element of economic development.Seize the opportunity to catch up;Avoid the "crowding out effect"
