| As an important bacteria,Escherichia coli is mainly prepared by stirring kettle bioreactor.The temperature,p H value,pressure,DO(Dissolved Oxygen)value in stirred kettle can affect the preparation process.The traditional stirred kettle is not intelligent enough,the control precision is not high,and can not deal with the emergency situation in time,which is easy to cause the loss of life and property.In this paper,aiming at the above problems existing in the stirred tank type biological reaction control system,on the basis of previous studies,using PLC control technology,remote monitoring technology,sensor technology combined method,design a stirred tank type Escherichia coli bioreactor intelligent fermentation control system,to achieve accurate temperature control,fermentation state monitoring,remote state monitoring and other functions.The main research work in this paper is as follows:(1)Design of intelligent temperature control module: The biological reactor temperature control module establishes the corresponding mathematical model according to the internal energy conservation relationship of the reactor,and combines the designed Kalman filter and fuzzy PID control algorithm for closed-loop internal temperature control of stirred kettle bioreactor to improve the precision of temperature control.At the same time,an optimization algorithm is proposed on the basis of the algorithm.(2)Design of process status monitoring module: According to the Escherichia coli fermentation process combined with the characteristics of the control system,the temperature,p H value,pressure,DO value and other values in the stirred tank were monitored.During the fermentation process,the human-computer interaction interface could display the temperature,p H value,pressure and DO value in the reactor in real time.When the process data deviated from the normal range,the system would alert the operator or technical staff to troubleshoot.(3)Design of remote communication module: The remote module transmits the status of the field control system and the real-time parameters of each sensor from the field end to the remote end through 4G network,and the remote end can control the field equipment,grasp the real-time data of the control system,and facilitate timely handling of emergencies.(4)Experiments were designed to verify some control performance of the intelligent control system of stirred tank bioreactor,including temperature control precision,field process status monitoring and remote system monitoring.The experimental results show that the temperature in the bioreactor can be well stabilized at the set value,and the temperature uniformity is good;Other parameters such as pressure,p H value,DO value can display real-time status;The remote communication system can meet the current production requirements.Figure [56] Table [17] Reference [59]... |
