| With the vigorous development of domestic manufacturing industry,coupled with the diversification and individuation of consumer demand,the current market competition is becoming more and more fierce,and the optimization of production line has become the focus of manufacturing enterprises on the road of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.Company A is a textile machinery manufacturing enterprise.Facing the challenges brought by the changing market situation,the company attaches more and more importance to the important role of lean production in enterprise management,and actively applies lean concepts and methods to production improvement.Through continuous improvement of all links of the production process,it helps enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency and improve competitiveness.In this thesis,H product production line in the assembly workshop of A company is taken as the research object.Through the actual investigation on the process characteristics of H product and the production status of the workshop,problems in the production line that need to be optimized are identified.Put forward optimization measures for production line balance,product transformation,material management,finished product inventory overstock and site management with lean tools to help enterprises solve related production line process problems.In addition,simulation technology is used to conduct simulation inspection of the effect before and after the optimization of the production line,and relevant safeguard measures for the implementation of the optimization plan are proposed.Finally,weight factor judgment method is used to build a KPI evaluation system,and the implementation of the optimization plan is summarized and analyzed,so as to help the enterprise to make continuous improvement.By optimizing the production line of product H,the production efficiency of the production line has been significantly improved,the number of workers has been optimized,and the workload is more reasonable and balanced.The study of this thesis not only has practical value for H product in the assembly workshop of A company,but also has reference significance for the subsequent application of lean production to optimize the production line of related enterprises. |
