| Rolled plates and strips have been widely used in various fields of the national economy,and have been widely used in important industries such as machinery manufacturing,vehicle manufacturing,household appliances,military industry,aviation and space industry industry.Therefore,the quality requirements for plates and strips are becoming increasingly stringent.However,the quality control of plate shape is a very complex issue,and unqualified phenomena often occur.Therefore,research on plate shape issues is crucial.This paper is based on the research of six-high cold rolling mill,establishes a correct mathematical model for plant shape control,analyzes the impact of changing different rolling parameters on shape,and mainly studies the effect on plate crown and edge thinning.And conduct experiments to explore the rationality of the mathematical model established in this paper and the reliability of the simulation analysis results.The main content of this paper is as follows:(1)Analyze and summarize the current research of the elastic deformation of roll system,flatness control,and edge thinning control of roller systems at home and abroad,understand the relationship between flatness,convexity,and flatness of the strip,and introduce the causes of flatness defects and flatness defect control techniques.(2)According to rolling theory,the influence function method is applied to analyze and study the roll system to obtain a mathematical model for the elastic deformation of the six-high rolling mill roll system.The strip element variational method is used to establish a mathematical model for the plastic deformation of the plate and strip.With the cross-sectional shape of the loaded roll gap as the intermediate value,the coupling relationship between the plastic deformation of the plate and strip and the elastic deformation of the roll system can be obtained,achieving the purpose of predicting the plate shape.(3)On the basis of the mathematical model,a 3D model of the 1/2 roll system is established,and finite element simulation analysis is conducted using ANSYS simulation software to obtain the influence of rolling parameters such as strip reduction rate,inlet thickness,strip width,rolling force,work roll diameter,roll lateral displacement,and roll bending on plate crown and edge thinning.The specific reasons for the influence are analyzed,and control strategies for plate crown and edge thinning are set.(4)Conduct engineering experimental exploration,compare the measurement data obtained in actual engineering with the theoretical data obtained in finite element simulation,and obtain the consistency of the two results,thereby verifying the rationality of mathematical model establishment and the reliability of simulation results. |
