Study On Safety Risk Portrait Of Freight Vehicle Operation

This paper summarizes research related to the influencing factors and risk assessment of freight vehicle traffic accidents about at abroad and at home.From the perspectiveof freight vehicle operation risk definition,the risk sources of freight vehicle are analyzed.Combined with the data of freight traffic accidents,the risk characteristics of each risk source are analyzed.The risk indicators in the traffic operation of freight vehicles areidentified,and then the risk portrait index system of freight vehicles is established for risk portrait,and the risk index values of freight vehicles traffic operation can divide different risk levels,furthermore,the hierarchical management and control of freight vehicle operation risks will help the public security traffic management department prevent the traffic risks of freight vehicles in advance and carry out early warning of freight vehicle operation risks.The following is the main research contents of this paper:At first,the operation characteristics of freight vehicles are analyzed and risks are identified.By analysing the running speed characteristics of freight vehicles based on theirtrack data,the cumulative frequency diagram of the speed of various types of freight vehicles is used to calculate the 85% speed and 15% speed of various types of freight vehicles,and analyze their running speed characteristics,and by analyzing the bottleneck effect of freight vehicles to find out the running characteristics of freight vehicles.To identify the freight vehicle operation risk index to pave the way.Secondly,identify operational risks of freight vehicles.Based on the risk theory,the potential risks of freight vehicles in traffic operation are studied and analyzed,and therisk sources that affect the safe operation of freight vehicles are found out.The featuresof traffic accidents of freight vehicles are analyzed,including the perspectives of artificial risk sources,vehicle risk sources,road risk sources and environmental risk sources.Combined with the traffic accident data of freight vehicles and illegal data to analyze the risk characteristics of freight vehicles running source,the specific traffic accident inducing factors were studied.Thirdly,construction of freight vehicle operation risk portrait index system.Based on the identified risk sources of freight vehicles,17 risk indicators were identified from seven risk dimensions of freight vehicle drivers’ body status,drivers’ driving skills,vehicle performance,vehicle driving status,road alignment,environmental conditions and social risks through the selected driving risk factors,and the freight vehicle operation risk portrait index system was established.Finally,establishment and model verification of freight vehicle operation risk portrait model.According to the risk degree of each index can divide the appropriate risk level,and by combining subjective and objective methods can get the value of the indicator.The risk portrait model of freight vehicle operation is established with the mutation theory as the core,and the weight value of the model is corrected by the coefficient of variation method,so as to get more accurate calculation results.The risk portrait model is verified by the collected freight vehicle running data,so as to verify the rationality and scientificity of the model.
