In some processes of the door panel production line,the workpiece needs to be processed on the edge,and the overall size of the door leaf is relatively large.Therefore,the processing scheme commonly used in the existing door panel production line is to process one side and then rotate the other side.At present,the mainstream steering machinery such as mechanical grippers or mechanical suction cups have difficulties in dealing with complex engraving patterns or hollow designs on the surface of the door panel;and with the promotion of customized wooden doors in my country,wooden doors on the same production line often have processing technology.There are differences between 90° and 180°,circulation and output in the steering of the workpiece,which cannot be accomplished by the traditional guide plate steering device.Therefore,a door panel turning device suitable for flexible production lines is required to complete this function.In order to solve the problem that the existing steering device is difficult to deal with complex surfaces,this paper designs a double-deck door panel steering device based on the existing production line.The set of device transports the workpiece into the device through the inner worktable with a conveyor belt and stops it accurately,then lowers the inner worktable to drop the workpiece onto the outer worktable,and drives the workpiece to rotate through the outer worktable to achieve precise rotation of the workpiece,and the inner worktable also You can turn to select the corresponding output path.The outer frame of the outer table used for workpiece turning is 1600mm×1600mm,and the inner frame size is 1200mm×1200mm,which can meet the workpiece length range from 1600 to 2200 in the same production line for continuous processing without additional adjustment.The steering device in this paper can handle not only door leaf and door panels,but also various types of panels with the same parameters and specifications,so as to realize the diversification of production specifications.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)On the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the processing flow,control scheme and key technology of various steering devices at home and abroad by consulting relevant materials of steering devices at home and abroad,on-the-spot investigation of the actual needs of the existing production lines,a double table is formulated.The overall design scheme of the door panel steering device and the overall layout of the device,including the frame structure of the inner and outer worktables,the inner and outer worktable steering system,the inner worktable lifting system,the steering positioning system,the conveyor belt device and the lifting baffle and other devices,and discussed the main working principle.(2)Through the force analysis of the steering device and the force analysis of the workpiece,the main structural parameters of the steering device are selected and calculated on this basis,and the following parameters are obtained: The size of the frame is 1600 mm ×1600mm,the size of the inner frame is 1240mm×1240mm,the size of the inner table conveyor belt device is 1200 mm × 1200 mm,the size of the inner table roller bracket is 1840 mm ×700mm,the cylinder diameter is 100 mm,the stroke is 50 mm,and the working pressure is0.6MPa,the maximum torque of the outer worktable motor with load is 4.21 Nm,and the maximum torque of the inner worktable motor is 2.985 Nm,which is a good parameter basis for the subsequent 3D modeling design.(3)Using the 3D modeling function of Solidworks,parametric modeling is performed on each component of the double-deck door panel steering device,and the model is assembled after modeling to make an assembly model of the whole machine.Use the interference check function of Solidworks to check whether there is any interference problem in the assembly.After the completion of the whole machine assembly,there is no interference problem,which proves that the device design initially meets the requirements.(4)Using the finite element analysis technology,the Solidworks simulation plug-in is used to perform static analysis on the outer table frame and the outer table slot device in the steering device,and the stress-strain analysis cloud diagram under load is obtained.The following parameters: the maximum stress of the outer table and its frame is 1.634 MPa,the maximum strain is 0.04392 mm,and the maximum combined displacement is 0.08623mm;the maximum stress of the slot device is 3.545 MPa,the maximum strain is 0.01004 mm,and the maximum combined displacement is 0.01919 mm.Both the strength and stiffness of the data surface meet the design requirements.(5)According to the work flow and process requirements of the steering device,carry out PLC program design for the control system of the steering device,including writing the main control program of the device,the IO distribution of the PLC,the control program of the inverter that controls the speed of the transmission belt,and the internal work.The control program of the stage and the baffle cylinder,the response program of the positioning photoelectric switch and the photoelectric gate,the PTO motion control of the two stepper motors,and the circuit diagram of the PLC end.After completion,make the PC station working interface,realize the communication configuration between PC and PLC,and carry out visual control of each parameter.(6)According to the complete machine and parts designed above,draw the two-dimensional engineering drawing of the steering device to provide a realistic basis for actual production.In this paper,the steering principle of the conveyor belt steering device is systematically studied,and the structure of a new type of double-deck door panel steering device is proposed.Through data analysis,three-dimensional modeling and finite element analysis technology,its scientificity is analyzed,and the design of the device is verified.rationality.The research results have established a scientific guiding theory and practical basis for the subsequent production of the double-deck door panel steering device into the factory,and also provided a certain reference idea for the similar steering devices designed thereafter.
