| Cross screen is a kind of dry deep screening equipment with great application prospects.On the one hand,most of the current research on cross screen both domestically and internationally is application-oriented,with a lack of foundational screening theory research,which has hindered the development of cross screen.On the other hand,cross screen currently generally operates at a constant rotation speed,leading to issues of low work efficiency and high energy consumption.Based on this,the experimental and simulation research on the screening characteristics and speed optimization of the screen roller of the cross screen are carried out,and the energysaving speed control method is studied according to the obtained results,in order to provide reference for the screening theory of cross screen and the research of energysaving speed regulation control technology.The main research contents are as follows:According to the structure and working principle of cross screen,the screening experimental system of cross screen was built,and the screening process experiment was carried out.The DEM(Discrete Element Method)model of the screening process of cross screen was established,and the corresponding simulation research was carried out.According to the experimental and simulation results,the influence of screen inclination,rotational speed of rollers and feeding speed on the overall particle group and the feeding speed and screening efficiency of each particle level material group under different screen surface structures(integral and segmented)were analyzed,and the change law of the flow rate and screen passing of materials along the length of the screen surface were studied,and the optimal screen inclination angle and rotational speed of rollers under single factor variables were obtained.The orthogonal experiment on the influence of feeding speed and motor speed on screening efficiency and motor power was carried out,and the analysis of variance method was used to reveal the significant influence of feeding speed and motor speed on screening efficiency and motor power.Furthermore,orthogonal experiments on the influence of rotational speed of rollers on screening efficiency and motor power under different feeding speeds were carried out,and the combination of rotational speed of each screen deck when the screening efficiency was the highest and the rotational speed of rollers combination of each screen deck at the lowest motor power was obtained by direct analysis,and the corresponding mean response diagram was obtained.The average response diagram of screening efficiency and motor power was synthesized,and the influence weight of rotational speed of rollers of each screen deck was considered,and the combination of high efficiency and energy-saving speed under each feeding speed was obtained.Based on the above experimental and simulation results,the relationship between feeding speed and rotational speed of rollers and motor power is analyzed,the energysaving control strategy of cross screen is studied,and the energy-saving speed regulation control method of cross screen is proposed based on fuzzy control theory.The design of the fuzzy controller was completed by using MATLAB software,and the simulation was verified.The software and hardware platform of cross screen energysaving control system was designed,and the visualization window of the control system was designed by using Configuration King software. |
