| The chemical industry,with its wide range of related fields,high dependence and strong driving force,is an important part of the national economy and an important pillar supporting economic development,playing an irreplaceable role,but due to high energy consumption,high pollution and high emission characteristics,it brings serious regional environmental pollution problems.In order to realize the national "vigorously develop green low-carbon economy and promote economic development to achieve green sustainable development",as the main carrier of the agglomeration development of chemical industry,the sustainable development of chemical park is an important issue nowadays.Taking the chemical park in M city as an example,this paper studies the green transformation and sustainable development of the chemical park according to the current situation,capacity evaluation and countermeasures,which is of great significance.First,the full text is outlined.It mainly analyzes the research background,presents the research problem,purpose and significance,reviews the relevant studies on the sustainable development of parks and their capacity evaluation at home and abroad,draws on the cutting-edge achievements,enlightens the research ideas,and introduces the research contents and technical lines.It defines the main concepts,unifies the understanding,introduces relevant theories and methods,and lays the foundation of the study.Secondly,the current situation and problems of sustainable development of chemical parks are studied.Combining the sustainable development objectives,characteristics of the chemical industry and the proportion of the regional economy,the urgency and necessity of the sustainable development of the chemical park in M city are analyzed,and the existing sustainable development problems are analyzed.Again,the sustainable development capability evaluation index system is constructed and the evaluation method is selected.According to the principles of sustainable development capacity evaluation index design,the fields of evaluation indexes are selected.With the DPSIR model,the park sustainability evaluation indexes are constructed from five aspects: driving force,pressure,state,impact and response.The calculation of the weight of sustainability indexes and the selection of evaluation methods are studied.Then,the evaluation study.Taking chemical parks in M city as the evaluation object,the evaluation results are analyzed by collecting the data of each park,calculating the weights of each index by combining the entropy value method improved by SPSS,and applying the ideal solution method(TOPSIS)to analyze and calculate the comprehensive evaluation index of the sustainable development capability of each chemical park in M city and ranking them.Finally,management countermeasures are proposed.Based on the above conclusions,the countermeasures needed to achieve sustainable development of chemical parks in M city are proposed from five dimensions. |
