Research On Legal Guarantee Of Rural Ecological Revitalization

For a long time,the center of our country’s environmental governance has been put in the city.From the legislative point of view,the proportion of legal norms concerning rural ecological environmental protection is smaller on the whole.The modernization road of China’s characteristic socialism has put forward higher requirements for rural development,and rural development has been attached great importance by the country.The appearance of rural areas has taken on a new look in a short time.However,with the increase of ecological environment problems,it is difficult to solve ecological environment that is the most direct dilemma hindering rural development.The fundamental reason is that the legal system of rural ecological revitalization is not perfect and the legal guarantee supply is insufficient.Not only reflected in the legislative level,in the legal operation link,there is also the problem of poor operation.The lack of a legal system for ecological and environmental protection that adapts to the actual situation in rural areas,the weak construction of law enforcement teams of local governments,lax law enforcement,inadequate judicial relief for ecological cases,and weak legal concept of the main body of rural ecological revitalization do not only exist in a specific area,but are common problems hindering the current rural ecological revitalization.At the same time,with the increasing pressure of urban life and living cost,many young people have to leave the stage where they pursue their dreams.Rural areas have a vast world but cannot attract a large number of talents.Rural revitalization depends on the construction of talents,and young people also need places to use their talents.It is of great importance to optimize the rural legal talent introduction mechanism and provide talent support for rural ecological revitalization under the rule of law.The research focus of this paper is to provide all-round legal guarantee for rural ecological revitalization and make rural ecological revitalization in the legal track.This paper aims to make the following discussion on the rule-of-law construction of rural ecological revitalization: first,the realistic dilemma of the rule-of-law process of rural ecological revitalization,and second,how to improve the supply of legal guarantee of rural ecological revitalization according to local conditions.
