Research On The Motivation And Performance Of Green Technology Innovation In China Shenhu

In 2021,the state issued the 14 th Five-Year Plan for Modern Energy System,highlighting the Value of Innovation in Green Technologies.The 14 th Five-Year Plan is an important milestone in China’s efforts to achieve high-quality development.It is also a key time for China to reach the global target of "Peak Carbon" by 2030.Due to the rapid growth of market economy,environmental and ecological problems are increasingly prominent.Therefore,our government has constantly implemented the policy of environmental protection in recent years and repeatedly raised the necessity of environmental protection at government meetings.The coal industry belongs to the heavy pollution industry,which is characterized by high energy consumption and high environmental pollution.As a result,the country is strengthening its regulatory framework in order to achieve the goals of sustainable development.Green development is the emphasis of coal development enterprises in the future,"the 14 th Five-Year Plan" proposed to develop high-quality,which is also an important period for coal enterprises to implement green development.Therefore,In this thesis,Shenhua,which is one of the leading coal enterprises in China,is taken as an example to explore the innovative behavior of green technology,which can be used for reference.On the basis of domestic and foreign documents and relevant theories,this article constructs an integrated theory frame of green technology innovation.Based on this,the inner and outer motivesand performance of Shenhua green technology innovation are deeply discussed,and the internal mechanism of innovation behavior affecting performance is analyzed.Based on the triple bottom line model,this thesis analyzes the economic,environmental and social aspects.First,it analyzes the environmental protection policies of the coal industry where China Shenhua is located,points out the necessity of carrying out green technology innovation under the increasingly stringent national environmental protection laws and regulations,and then analyzes the social responsibilities that China Shenhua should perform as a state-owned enterprise,From the perspective of the enterprise itself,it is analyzed that the enterprise conducts green technology innovation in order to improve its own economic benefits.Then,the thesis analyses the impact of green technological innovation on the performance of Shenhua from economic,environmental and social aspects,and presents the evaluation index.Next,DEA-Malmquist was used to evaluate and analyze the performance of Shenhua green technology innovation from 2011 to 2021 according to the characteristics of more input and more output.It is found that the innovation of green technology can not only reduce enterprise energy consumption but also increase the innovation effect,but it also has some disadvantages,such as insignificant improvement in economic performance,redundant investment funds,and insufficient capacity for green technology progress.Finally,Aiming at the shortage of Shenhua’s green technological innovation,Some measures and suggestions are put forward,such as improving their own resources and capabilities,improving the internal green management and control system of enterprises,and optimizing green production processes.It is hoped that this thesis can help China Shenhua and other coal companies to improve the efficiency of green technological innovation.
