As the Subject of China's Substantial economy,manufacturing industry is an important engine to promote the sustained and rapid growth of China's economy and even the global manufacturing industry.It stands at a new starting point where the history meet the future,and shoulders the new mission that transform China from Made in China to Create in China,from a manufacturer of quantity to one of quality.However,weak independent innovation,high energy consumption,and strong pollution emissions have caused China's manufacturing industry to suffer from the common failing of "big but not strong,complete and not refined,efficient and environmentally friendly".Therefore,the green revolution of the manufacturing industry with technology innovation as its core is bound to be irresistible,and then promote the green and high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.Therefore,analyzing the heterogeneity of the manufacturing industry and conducting research on the evaluation of the green technology innovation efficiency of the manufacturing industry and its differences are more conducive to the formulation and implementation of green innovation-driven strategies.This article combined with domestic and foreign relevant theories and literature bases,considers the heterogeneity of technological innovation capabilities and energy consumption,from the perspective of the manufacturing industry,and uses the Malmquist-DEA analysis method to evaluate and analyze the efficiency of green technology innovation,then analyze its differences,which is helpful to accurately grasp the problems existing in the development of green innovation in China's manufacturing industry,and puts forward suggestions for improving the efficiency of green technology innovation with industry differentiation.Firstly,based on the characteristics of heterogeneity,27 manufacturing industries are divided into three groups:LD-type industry,TD-type industry and ED-type industry;Secondly,carry out the analysis of the dynamic evolution trend of China's manufacturing green technology innovation,and use the entropy method to construct a comprehensive environmental pollution index to analyze the status of industrial pollution emissions;Finally,construct the green technology innovation efficiency measurement and dynamic decomposition model of the three types of manufacturing industries from 2011 to 2017,explore the influencing factors and improvement paths of green technology innovation efficiency under the industry heterogeneity,and analyze the reasons for the current efficiency loss,and then put forward differentiating suggestions for efficiency improvement.The results show that:(1)From the perspective of static analysis,the overall efficiency of green technology innovation in China's manufacturing industry is low,and the average efficiency between 2011 and 2017 is only 0.973.The efficiency of green technology innovation in the three types of industries under industry heterogeneity is quite different.The efficiency ranking is TD-type industry(1.080)>manufacturing industry(0.973)>LD-type industry(0.972)>ED-type industry(0.949).(2)From a dynamic decomposition perspective,the green technology innovation efficiency of the TD-type industry is opposite to the overall evolution trend of the manufacturing industry,but the increase is relatively small.The reason is the weak growth of technological progress and the negative growth of scale efficiency.It shows that the TD-type industry's innovation potential needs to be stimulated,and the operating mode that focuses on technology but not management needs to be improved.(3)The decline of green technology innovation efficiency in LD and ED industries is the key to hindering the overall efficiency of the manufacturing industry.Among them,the LD-type industry pays more attention to the accumulation of management experience and the improvement of technical efficiency,rather than the improvement of technological progress under the development of industry R&D and innovation capabilities.Weak technological progress is the crux of hindering the improvement of the efficiency of green technology innovation in ED-type industries.When the energy intensity is gradually increasing,the lack of technological progress to tap the potential of energy-saving and emission reduction of ED-type industries,thereby limiting the room for green technology innovation efficiency in this industry.Figure 29 Table 13 Reference 73...
