| At present,the international situation is complex.The western countries have imposed economic sanctions and manufacturing technical barriers on China,resulting in a "bottleneck" in the field of new chemical materials in China.L-type chemical raw material enterprises are just manufacturers specialized in manufacturing a new polymer material,and their products are an important strategic material required for national development.In the fierce market competition,enterprises adopt the focus differentiation strategy,and the market demand is increasing.However,at present,the shortage and stagnation of finished products occur frequently,which greatly affects customer satisfaction and has become the biggest pain point of the enterprise.Therefore,it is urgent to build a scientific and reasonable inventory optimization plan for finished products.Firstly,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the external environment of L-type enterprises,and finds out that enterprises have disadvantages in order timely delivery;Then,through personage interviews and data analysis and other current research,it is known that the enterprise’s data on the optimization of finished goods inventory are estimated based on experience and lack of science;In the finished goods inventory optimization scheme,the emphasis is on the construction of replenishment mechanism,replenishment process and economic replenishment batch model.In this paper,the data of demand forecast and safety stock are taken as the basic data of the replenishment mechanism and economic replenishment batch model.The replenishment mechanism is mainly used for replenishment warning,as well as the algorithm that specifies replenishment rules and replenishment elements.Then,based on the replenishment mechanism,a replenishment process is developed,which clarifies the responsibilities and authorities of the relevant departments of the scheme,and also provides a clear information flow for the subsequent information platform.Finally,the mixed integer programming method is used to build the economic replenishment batch model,which is based on 12 parameters and takes gross profit as the constraint condition to calculate the replenishment batch with the minimum production cost;Then,the 4V model of inventory key indicators is used to verify the scientificity and rationality of the finished product inventory optimization plan.At the end of the article,in the implementation plan and safeguard measures,the organizational structure was adjusted,and the functional departments of the company were re integrated and subdivided.Because L-type chemical enterprises lack a scientific and systematic inventory optimization scheme,the scheme in this paper has important practical significance.On the one hand,since the product is a basic raw material of composite materials,its characteristics determine the necessity of inventory availability of finished products,so as to improve the timely delivery rate of orders and improve customer satisfaction;On the other hand,from the perspective of capital liquidity,we should try our best to improve the turnover rate of finished product inventory,reduce sluggish finished product inventory,and reduce inventory costs.In this paper,through the example simulation of the finished product inventory plan and the evaluation of the relevant indicators,the results show that the out of stock rate is zero,and the inventory turnover rate is about 1.9,achieving the purpose of this study. |
