Research On Finished Product Inventory Management Process Optimization Of A Company Based On Petri Net Analysis

Starting from the inventory management process of leased finished products of A,this study constructed Petri Net Model(PNM),applied the association matrix to analyze the current situation of the process,applied the Petri net model to conduct qualitative analysis,added the allocation process,thus solving the problem of process conflict.Then the business process is divided into two processes: external warehouse allocation and external warehouse delivery.PDCA cycle(Deming cycle)was used for quantitative analysis and multiple optimization based on PNM.ERP(enterprise resource planning)tools were combined to achieve timely and correct warehouse data.Establish the inventory management parameters,and then realize the outgoing warehouse data actively trigger the outgoing warehouse allocation process.The way in which the number of transfers is determined artificially by experience is fundamentally changed.Ex Spect software was used to simulate the process before and after optimization,and the results showed that the process time was shortened by64% and the replenishment frequency was increased by one time.After 5 months of actual operation through the new business process,the financial statement showed that the inventory turnover rate had increased by 17% year-on-year,and the finished product inventory turnover rate had increased by 30% year-on-year.It proves that the optimization objectives of improving process efficiency and inventory turnover rate are successfully achieved.Finally,a new process operation control mechanism is established.In this study,multiple theoretical knowledge tools and methods such as process optimization,inventory management,PNM,and Ex Spect simulation software were used comprehensively.Based on PNM’s business process expression,multiple modeling,qualitative and quantitative analysis optimization,simulation tests,and actual operation,a new clause-government mechanism was established,abandon manual accounting,data accurately controlled,and allocate digital decisions,which fundamentally improved the management level of A company’s leased finished products warehouse.The ideas and methods of this study to solve the management problems of leased finished products warehouse is a useful supplement to the current research theory and practice of finished products inventory management,and has certain reference significance for the related enterprises committed to improving the management level of leased finished products warehouse.
