The Qinzhou Nixing pottery in Guangxi has extremely high artistic and cultural value.In recent years,with the gradual popularization of customized services for Nixing pottery,some problems have gradually been exposed.For example,there are few types of customized designs,with high prices,and severe homogenization of designs.At the same time,the customization methods cannot meet the personalized needs of users.Based on the perspective of demand hierarchy theory,combined with service design thinking and methods,this research constructs Nixing Pottery customized service platform,and provides a new exploration way for Nixing Pottery customized service.The research method is as follows: Firstly,by sorting out and researching the literature of Nixing pottery,we can understand the current research status of Nixing pottery.Secondly,based on a review of personalized customization cases in China,such as Baoxiniao,Haier COSMOPlat,Woku,SAIC Datong Automobile,and Jiangzhen Mobile,it was found that they only provide low-level personalized demand services.Once again,the author conducted on-site research and combined it with a questionnaire to investigate Qinzhou Nixing Ceramic Art Co.,Ltd.,Qinzhou Nixing Ceramic Home,Guangxi Art Museum,and surrounding enterprises.The research found that users,enterprises Designers lack effective digital communication channels and channels among the three parties.Finally,based on relevant research data,design and practice the customized service platform for Nixing pottery,and propose corresponding models and strategies.The research results and main conclusions of this article are as follows: firstly,it is feasible to intervene in the study of Nixing pottery from the perspective of hierarchical demand theory;Secondly,summarize the advantages of customized service cases and introduce them into the customized service of Nixing pottery.Thirdly,apply the service design method to draw user portraits,system diagrams,user experience maps,business models,user blueprints and other forms to improve Nixing Pottery’s customized service experience and services,solve the current problems of poor customization experience,high prices,design homogenization and establish a good service system;Finally,propose the use of design service intervention models and digital promotion strategies to further promote the development of customized services for Nixing pottery.
